Oh my you can tell this baby had a major high fall it head is swollen and is all bruised I can't believe its still alive I bet it has a brain bleed tho because of the bruising and swelling . . its still strong though because when mom is up moving its clinging on for dear life
I believe this is the baby that had a rough start with the mom being young, her milk didn't come in when it should have and the baby suffered head trauma after a couple of falls. So sad
I believe the purple bruising on it's left side is a pretty good indication that it sustained some sort of injury. Likely from a fall.

Baby monkeys naturally have a blue belly and sternum, it is normal. This baby does have some dark purple bruises though as well.

Why does that young one harass the mom.
Looks like through visual learning these other monkey that are very young know that the mother will be getting food from CAMERMAN and they want to get rid of that baby as food is scarce and with the mother needing food to milk the baby they will try to get rid of it as they know it’s hurt?…saw this in another video same circumstance. These juvies pick up fast. No mother around for them to harass for milk and they are hungry.

Apos conseguir o leite, a aparencia, cor da pele na face do bebe melhorou. Os olhos mostram mais lucidez.
Quanto mais mamar, mais imunidade, entao a inflamaçao onde houve derrame interno sera combatida e vencida.
Deus abençoe a mamae com muito alimenro para produzir leite. Creio que por ser tao nova, demorou para brotar o leite. Creio que agora ele conseguira superar.

I like when they give random names to these monkeys. They want to sound caring for these animals while in reality even filming interferes into the animal lives. It is not like they film them with long lenses like National Geographic or BBC camera people do. The chasing and testing and provoke them to get interesting. Do you really think that their close proximity to a giving birth mother helps the animals?
