my mom told me a story about when i was a toddler maybe 3yo., 24 now.
says she had a dream that someone, she say "an angel", told her to go check on me.
she went in to my room and took me to sleep with her in her bed room
at some point through the night a small tornado
/Twister passed by our house through a valley maybe 100ft away.
living in a trailer at the time. the wind picked up our wooden porch and flipped it over the house into our back yard hitting a tree.
a tree branch burst through the window sending big glass shards into the bed i would have been sleep in. it could of easily killed me or at least seriously injured.
i have slight memories of seeing the porch flipped over in our back yard.
even though I'm not a very religious, I'd like to believe i had a guardian angel that night.
thanks for videos danny, keep them up!

I once didn’t listen to my gut and got into a car with a friends dad. As he was supposed to take me home he went in other directions. It was just him and myself in the car. He started asking me about my body. It was creepy. He said he need to gas up the car and pulled into a station. When he went into pay as the machine at the pump was out of order. I jumped out and ran to my granddads house only a block from there. I didn’t tell anyone in my family because I convinced myself I was just being stupid. Two weeks later that friend told me her dad was in great trouble. He was caught raping the 14 year old girl from down the street where they lived. I only wished I had told that night. I still have guilt

I live in a cul-de-sac and when I was 4-6 years old I was playing outside one day and this random man came up to me and offered me some cookies. I had never learned about Stranger Danger or anything but I had a strong gut feeling that I had to get away from the man, despite being so young and naive at the time.
He had a red beanie on and a long tan colored coat which is all I remember from him but he kept telling me to come and take a cookie, and for a few minutes I just stood there because I knew he'd catch me if I tried to run.
Then my mom came out of the house and obviously saw what was going on and she called to me.
The guy looked at her and froze so I took that chance to run back to her while he was distracted.
A few weeks later after that encounter we heard on the news that a young girl had been taken away and had horrible stuff done to her before being murdered. It turned out to be the same guy who I met.
I still feel sorry for the parents of the young girl but I'm glad the man was caught.

I once had a pretty scary gut feeling: I was on a PGL (residential) trip with my school we were doing an obsticle course and I got a horrible feeling that something was going to go wrong I listened to my gut and told the teacher I felt sick and that I wanted to go back to my dormatory. He didnt let me but told me to sit outside the gates. My gut wasn't quite right about the obstacle course as everthing was fine but we moved on to our next activity, indoor caving, and I still had the feeling so I didnt go in the caves. A few minutes after they went in I told the instructor something wasn't right and that she needed to get the children out, she listened and got them all out and we left. 5 minutes later the indoor caves were engulphed in flames. I am so glad I trusted my gut as it may have saved the lives of me and my classmates.

I work in a mental health hospital in the UK. We had a new patient come in who seemed like your average young lad, pleasant, polite, funny, but I always felt something was “off” about him.
Weeks went by, and nothing was out of the ordinary, same old routine, till I noticed I hadn’t seen my colleague for a while, I was justifiably suspicious.... I later found her in one of the blind spots down the corridor with that same patient holding a knife to her throat....
Moral of the story is as follows.... ALWAYS trust your gut guys! There are far too many people in this world who are very good at hiding their true intentions...

Colette H098 - stuff like that happens in hospitals all the time, it just goes on patient’s permanent record. Can’t inform the police unless the patient is deemed to have full capacity in order to prosecute.... it’s a dodgy system, but it’s there in case people claim insanity for a plea bargain.
Unless someone actually dies then stuff like this just gets swept under the rug, new policies and training procedures put in place to deal with challenging patients

Ive always trusted my gut. At a place i used to work there was a security guy that seemed nice and i would talk to him occasionally, but my gut told me to be careful. He would stare at me every chance he got, to the poiny my coworkers were pointing it out to me. So yea it was creepy but i just brushed that off, but one day as i was waiting on my husband to come get me from work he asked me if he could give me a ride home. I got a really uneasy feeling and said no i have a ride home, which i would have anyways even if i didnt have a ride just because i didnt know him well. Not a week later i hadnt seen him in a couple of days and was told he was fired and arrested for rape. So glad i trusted my gut and always have.

Gut-Wrenching stories you say? I got one where trusting my gut might have saved my life. Or at least, i think it did. I woke up one night feeling thirsty, so i got up out of bed and went to get a water bottle. It was 3am. But i swear i knew something was out there waiting for me. And it was not that water bottle. I trusted my gut. I KNEW something was up. But i peeked out knowing i HAD to tell my family. I krept out of my room slowly and i saw something standing there. The outline of a man. The only man in my house was grandfather. And he was in bed. The man somehow sensed me and turned slowly. And i mean Like a TURTLE IN A DMV LINE SLOWLY. I RAN SONIC SPÈED OUTTA THERE. He chased me. He stopped right outside my door. And his raspy breathing.. Oh my gosh.. It was so scary. I feel really lucky knowing i could've been kidnapped. He appeared ghostly. It scared me to death when he stopped right at my door. I still never got that water. It happened when i was 7. I'm ten now. I've never told anyone before. BUT DON'T WORRY ABOUT ME! I'm living a good life as a Ten-year-old. He looked like a ghost. I've never seen that man in my entire 10 year lifespan... STAY SAFE. BYE GUYS!

There was one time when my family was on a cruise to Mexico and we had docked at Ensenada. My older sibling had conceived both of my parents that we should go parasailing. Throughout the entire time leading up to my older sibling and mother being strapped onto the kite, I was voicing my concern that it may not be such a good idea. Although the company was a reputable one, had no prior incidences, and were constantly reassuring me nothing was going to happen, I knew something was up. About 10 minutes into it, the boat's engine ended up stalling and then dying. When this happened, my older sibling and mom plummeted straight into the ocean. Thankfully, they managed to stay afloat and the boat ended up starting just in time to pull them back on. Needless to say, they've learned to listen to me.😋

Right, i was walking my friend home after he was at my house for a while, let's just call him Josh. So we were walking down a quiet area, but it was a little too quiet, when all of a sudden my head hurt and then felt my guts saying to me "bruh run!" So my friend felt the same too, and then we bolted to his which was a mile away. It turns out our guts were right and we were being followed by who I can guess might have been a pedo.
Moral of the story is, always listen to that feeling that says something is wrong.

I once had a gut feeling about my mom's bf. This guy was an alcoholic and was pretty abusive towards me. He never once laid a hand on my brothers however. One night while I was studying I had the urge to keep one headphone out of my ear. It was very uncommon for me to do so. I normally keep both headphones on and blast my music while I was studying. This one particular night I had this feeling that I NEEDED to keep one ear open. For some context: I have 3 younger brothers that live with my mom (I'm the oldest and I'm female) We had one infant, one preteen, and one in his early teen years. The older 2 liked to stay out late, way past curfew. But our neighborhood was very nice so I didn't worry TOO much. One night while I was studying Bible verses I heard two pair of feet run up the stairs. I heard my moms bf and my youngest brother arguing about the boys being home on time. That's when I heard a loud thud and a scream. I threw my books down, discarded my phone, amd yanked my door open. I was met with the horrific sight of my little brother being choked against a wall by my moms boyfriend. (Mind you this brother is an absolutr string bean) Sister instinct kicked in and began to hit my moms boyfriend's back. I wasn't strong enough to get him off, but thankfully my other brother came in. He was much stronger than me and was able to get this guy off. I talk about it calmly to people... But it was one of the scariest nights of my life. I hate thinking about what would have happened if my other bepther hadn't showed up. Trust your gut guys.

Went to a concert downtown with a friends on New Year's Eve 2010. We were just out of Hight school so pretty young, my friend was nervous but her mom was dropping us off and picking us up so I tried to calm her down as we waited for the concert venue to open. I'd been downtown loads of times with big groups before,
We decided to go to this oddities museum across the street to wait, inside they had someone reading tarot cards, my friend was very religious and didn't want too but said she wouldn't mind listening to mine, so I had my cards read
They basically said if we take care of others no harm would come to us.
We thought oh that's kind of a nice rule in general
The concert was a blast and my friend stopped being nervous. After it was over we went out side and the streets were pretty deserted even I got nervous at this point, her mom txt to tell us that she was 40 min away she had lost track of time she wanted us to go wait at the nearest hotel that was on the next block. There were hardly any people now, we started walking and came across a girl crying holding her shoes, drunk. We almost passed her because of how nervous we had gotten but then I remembered my reading and told my friend, we stopped and asked if she was ok, she told us she had gotten separated from her group of friends wasn't from our town and couldn't find her hotel, the hotel we were going to!!
We told her that's where we were heading and she jumped up and hugged us so hard, the three of us start walking and not five min into our walk this really big guy turns out of an ally, he stops looks at us for a sec and then walks past us, idk I felt like if there hadn't been three of us he might had tried to grab one of us into the ally, maybe it was just in my head or maybe the cards were right

I had a gut feeling before, myself and 5 friends, we are all girls, had been hanging out in town that day and just finished a movie at the cinema, I got a feeling that we should go straight home or to the beach (we live in a rural beachside town) but instead we went to the supermarket because my friends wanted some snacks, as we left a creepy old man came up to us and started asking us questions, what school do you go too? How old are you? Are you from around here, just making us uncomfortable, as we tried to leave he followed us always keeping pace on the opposite side of the street from us. We only managed to loose him after going into a dead end stree with a small path at the end hidden behind some tree, we watched him stop, look around for something, or someone them kept walking. We managed to get home safe after that. The next day we found out there had been a small group of men trying to kidnap school children, one of them fit the discriptions of the guy that followed us.
The scariest part I think was he was doing this in plan sight in the middle of the day next to a store and we were quiet a large group of girls, creeps and weirdos are getting bolder, so stay safe and don't travel alone

So my human instincts were influenced by my monkey see monkey do, learning behaviour expressed by children.

I wondered what she was saying but soon woke up. Fast forward to after school when my dad got a call from my uncle saying that my grandma (his mum) had a stroke during the night. Upon hearing this my dad froze and looked at me and said “you were right”. The only reason my dad was so shocked was because at school that day I burst into tears saying that my grandma is going to collapse in some way I know it. I was then taken to the school SLO’s (they are like my school police) and they rung my dad and asked him if everything was ok and he said yes. When it was Christmas, my mom had a hard time trying to get me ready to go to the church because my family goes to catholic church (my grandparents were protestants). I kept on crying and throwing tantrums, which was unusual because i was calm most of the time until she had enough and we stayed home.
A few hours later, my mom got a message from her cousin panickingly asked if we went to the church, which we didn't. Apparently, a bomb was found inside the church and fortunately, it was able to be defused. My mom, who didn't think gut feelings existed, then believed my guts onwards and would ask me about them if we were to go or do something.

As I was standing there I had this awful feeling in my guts that there was something wrong. I recall saying to my mum at the time "there's something very wrong" to which she replied "in what way?". I stated " there's something really wrong family wise, on dad's side of the family". The feeling soon went away but I didn't totally feel right the rest of the evening and before going to sleep. The next morning I woke up and went to work as usual. Later on in the day I received a call from my father, this was unusual as we hardly ever talked. He informed that my grandmother was dead and that my cousin had found her. There was nothing suspicious about her death, it was old age Cathing her up.
The sensation or premonition of something terrible, on a personal level, was about to occur still haunts me now.

I won’t forget when my parents and I rented the imitation game, we were watching it at night during the late spring. No weather was expected that night but I remember about halfway through the movie I felt suddenly really scared and sick to my stomach. A few minutes later we heard a ‘thunk’ against the house and then a few more soft thunks. My mom and I immediately stood up and dragged my outdoor dog inside. As soon as we got her in softball sized hail came raining down. It sounded like machine guns were firing at us from all sides, all our windows broke and our roof looked like Swiss cheese. It lasted for 15 minutes but felt like an hour. The next morning when the insurance company sent someone out to inspect it they said that based on the damage patterns the storm had started directly on top of our neighborhood, a half mile in all directions from our house had damage but everywhere else was fine. Completely freak summer storm, absolutely no warning. Luckily no one got hurt despite living in a neighborhood, it was late enough at night that no one was outside. It was strong enough to smash through double paned glass and my neighbors metal roof. So yeah I do think people can sense danger sometimes.

We started to get a feeling that something, or someone was watching us, so I said let's go, he asked why and I pointed at where I heard something, we saw something, idk what but we bolted as fast as we could, we had to stop once to switch shoes because he was wearing his older brothers flip flops, I could run in those, but he couldn't, so I gave him my sneakers and we got to their parents as we could. We told them to hurry and that we needed to leave, they trusted us because things like this had happened before. We all got into the truck and left afterwards. The most scary gut feeling I have ever had is...
When my teacher said I have detention.

    • @electrokinesis_9729
      @electrokinesis_9729 Před 5 lety +1

Never had detention, I actually got away with alot of things.
My mindset is very pure, so when I am aroused I act accordingly. When I am angry I act accordingly. Etc. Like an animal, animals are pure, If they are angry, you know, if they are content, you know, if they are tired, you know. I am like that.
I don't wear my heart on my sleeve, I stay quiet becaus I always react accordingly.
If someone threatens my safety I go to attack them.
My instincts are very strong and my mindset is pure. So the times I don't manage to keep myself under check.
For example: A girl caught my interest in school when I was 15, and I expressed my attraction to her, without any verbal restraint (because I just honestly wanted her to know) I didn't swear.
She, just like any girl in that situation thought I was being too much, and went and got the teacher.
The lady, forgot her name, stormed over mad at what I said, but when she noticed it was me, she calmed down and gave the girl a stern but calming look and walked away.
The girl calmed down after the teacher reacted that way and looked in my eyes and wasn't mad anymore after seeing I was just expressing my honest feeling..
Now that I think about it, my innocent expression could be considered sexual assault, but all the adults knew that when I am not quiet I am very pure and honest in my behaviour.
Most of my classmates knew too, so girls would bug me until I expressed my honest opinions of them and, frankly, alot of them liked me, but since I am dense in that regard I only knew after some time passed.
I was in middle school then, frankly I still am very pure in my actions now (I am 21) I am able too keep myself quiet much better nowadays though.
But because of my behaviour, I wouldn't really ever get in trouble.
      So, never had detention.
Older women love me though, I guess my pure mindset and behavior has its benefits XD.
Too much information? Or not, my instinct says so, but I reallt don't see how though, I was just responding to your detention comment.

I've also predicted my father's death, but I couldn't do anything about it. I've also predicted the next day, and my friends now listen to me when I'm bothered, I've been labeled the phycic friend.

Hello I love Most Amazing Top 10 stories. I have watch almost all of them in the recent days while stuck at home during the Pandemic. As I watch them I am reminded of My own scary crazy things that have happened to me in my life. Here is just 1 of them that fits right along with this video. Let me start out by saying as a child my siblings and I were a competitive swimmers. We have always been very good at swimming and loved to swim whenever we could. When I was 19 I moved to Rhode Island from Pennsylvania and was grateful to have an ocean that we could go swim whenever we wanted. One day my twin sister and I were swimming to the buoy and back which was pretty far out but since we were really good swimmers I wasn't worried at all. We were about halfway out the second time around when all of a sudden I had this overwhelming fear telling me to get out of the water. I have never felt a fear like that in my life. I stopped swimming and looked around and could see nothing that would cause me to feel that fear. I looked at my sister white as a ghost and said we need to get out of the water right now. She started to laugh saying I was being crazy and I just started swimming like I was swimming for a gold medal. When she saw that I was not kidding she swam in to. We left the beach that day not knowing if my fear was real or I was just imagining it. The next day my sister and I went to lunch where I work the a manager and while we were ordering our food one of my friends who was serving us looked at us and said "did you hear they closed the beach yesterday afternoon because of a great white siting close to the shore" I thought my heart was going to fall out of my chest and My sister just looked at me in amazement. I am always so glad I listened to my gut that day and have not been swimming in the ocean since.

I had this very scary gut feeling this one night and I could not get over it. I got up out of bed and told my mom that I had this feeling that scared me. I could barely fall asleep that night. When I woke up the next morning my mom told me that a man named Stephen Paddock, opened fire on a crowd of concertgoers at the Route 91 Harvest music festival on the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada. I told her that the feeling that I had explained this event. This still haunts me today.

I remember one time when I was 15 I was sitting in my room and my mother asked me to take the dog out, but I suddenly got a sharp pain in my stomach and something told me not to go out. I tried to ignore it and got up, but decided to take a small kitchen knife with me and I hid it in my sleeve. I have a fenced in front and back yard but the get was open witch was odd for my family. The front door is right in front of the gate so I could see the other side of the road and I also saw a man looking into my yard. My dog noticed him too and growled. She has never growled at anyone so I got the urge to get the knife out and I did. Considering my dog is a pitbull, and I had a weapon the man walked away. The feeling in my gut got a bit better but I still kept the gate open so I could see if he cane back. He didn't. I never found out why he freaked me out or why my dog, Bruno, growled. Nothing happened in the news about any murders or anything but then e heard the story of "the gray man" but that wasn't anywhere near me. I told my friend and she said I could be a ghost. I knew she was joking but who knows... If it was a potential murderer, why would he target my house, my family isn't on debt and they get along with every neighbor, and most in my small town. Or maybe it was just some guy being wired.

June 10th 2011 my grandfather who had been sick with cancer asked me to stay up with him later then normal, he told me he wanted me to sing amazing grace. When I asked why he said because he felt he might never hear me sing again, so reluctantly I sang for him. The next morning I woke up at 3am with this horrible feeling of sadness and fear, I stayed up and wrote a few poems to calm my nerves. At 7am my mother came into my room and told me my grandfather passed away in his sleep. The coroner said his time of death was exactly 3am. I still miss him and cannot bring myself to sing amazing grace anymore

And it turns out my brothers favorite aunt died by getting hit by a car... It hit him hard and I am still supporting him.

Ok, ok. Why would they turn the T.V. on in a classroom to show everyone one of the most violent moment in human history?? I was in Elementary school about 10 years old, and I remember someone stopping my teachers lesson only to have about 3 classes of students taken to one room with a T.V.
I remember looking into classrooms as we past them by only to see that each class had multiple students looking up at a T.V.. When we arrived to the class we say down, they turned on the T.V. and there it was, a burning tower. I had absolutely no clue what was going on. I knew little about the whole Bin Laden situation. I was at the age where I was playing Nintendo 64 at friends houses and had to get home before the street lights turned on. Then I saw the next airplane hit. I remember it so vividly. I remember the teachers reacting to it, then all us kids we're feeding off of their reactions. Some kids crying because their own teacher was crying. I remember looking at my teacher and seeing her crouched down hugging her knees crying. I immediately knew that this was a serious problem. I think all the kids in the classroom discovered it to be serious at the same moment.
My question is, why would you wrangle an entire school of children to witness such a horrible thing. The first plane crashed, ok. There's no reason to make an entire school come to a screeching fault just to see a burning building unless there was more to see after. In hindsight I feel like it was by design the way it all happened. We were supposed to witness that event. In a nationwide scale. Even the children. I will never forget that day. It's no wonder anymore that the tagline for 911 is "Never forget". No one can ever forget the bitter taste of something that is force fed to you.
I'm no conspiracy theorist, but when I hear that the same thing happened to friends that I met years after that went to different schools, it just seems weird.
How did it go down for you?

My gut feeling and my old dog kept me from something awful, I'm sure of it.
When I was in the fifth grade I was taking my dog out for the night right before bed. My mom was heavily pregnant at the time and couldn't because the pain in her back. I took her to the park right at the entrance of the community and suddenly I was overwhelmed by dread. I noticed my dog, whiney, was very upset. Her hackles were raised and she began to growl. I looked up and a car had stopped at the mouth of our community and was still running as two men approached. My dog went ballistic, I have never heard an animal make the sounds she did. It stopped the men for several moments but they didn't leave. My dog turned and dragged my at full speed back to my house. I told my parents and they called the police. Turns out I wasn't the only person who had experienced this. Chills me to my bones to think about even to this day.

Yes, humans can feel the same thing. Some people call if gut feeling or instincts. I've always trusted that feeling of uneasyness and anxiety. They got me through the deployments and multiple times where myself or my troops may have died.

When I was really young, I was playing with my friends at their house. We went to go out to the backyard, and there was a man at the computer by the back door. My friends introduced me to him as their dad. I was usually a pretty friendly kid and would talk to pretty much anyone, but this guy... There was something about him that didn't set right. So I quickly walked outside into the backyard and tried to forget about it. Later on, he was sent to prison. I eventually found out he was actually molesting my friend - his own daughter. Now I know why my my gut screamed at me that day.

Before I start this, I live in South Mississippi, an area was was hit hard by Katrina. I also have an all black Belgian Malinois.
I am a great runner and take my dog with me every time. I hate running on roads because I get bored, so when I get the chance, I go on trail runs. One day, I was out of school because a hurricane was supposed to hit the following day. I knew that we would only catch a small wing of it, so I took my dog to my favorite trail. It is maintained very well, but it is not very populated, especially the day before a hurricane. I found that to be a huge plus because I could clear my head without dealing with other people wanting to pet my dog and such. There was one car in the parking lot that had a note in the window that said something along the lines of “broken down, please don’t tow, will be gone soon.” I didn’t think much past “poor guy” before starting my run. This was one of those runs where everything if effortless and you feel like you’re gliding. I didn’t have a care in the world, and was in pure bliss. About two miles in, I started to get a funny feeling like I should probably head home. I ignored it and kept running. After I crossed a bridge, there was a 90 degree turn covered by trees so you couldn’t see around it. As soon as I stepped off of the bridge, it was like someone took over my body and hit the breaks. I knew for a fact, that I would 100% die if I turned that corner. I took my earbuds out and heard nothing but my dog’s soft whimper. If you have spent large amounts of time in the woods, you know how scary it is when the forest goes silent. No bugs, birds, or frogs were making noise. My dog was trying to pull me back while still sticking by my side. Eventually, that gut feeling somehow got even more scary. My dog was not between my legs, growling toward the corner. Her hair was raised and you could tell that she was ready to tear something’s throat out. Then there was a loud bang. It wasn’t a gunshot or a tree breaking, I honestly have no clue what it was, but when my dog heard it, she yelped and took off in the other direction, dragging me with her. I ran as fast as I possibly could for the next two and a half miles until I got back to my truck. I peeled out and drove straight home, crying the whole time. I have no idea what was around that turn, and I am so very thankful that I never had to find out. I don’t know if it had anything to do with that car or not, but I don’t think it did. The hurricane turned out to just be a light rain and some heavy wind, and I have gone back to that trail multiple times since then with nothing similar ever happening.

since I was a kid I've had gut feelings (instincts) as soon as I stepped outside something in me yelling at me to go back in weather or not I saw anyone or anything and I always listened because it was so intense I would get panic and anxiety attacks from hell that would not stop but get worse by the second until I went right back inside. Still even today once and a while I get the same feeling to Run as fast as I can back inside and shut the door before something attacks and gets me just as I stepped outside or while I was outside all ready.
