I was mailed a letter by the pastor of the church I went forward in to accept Christ. In the pastor’s letter it read, “Be like new born babes, desiring the pure milk of the word.” I didn’t even know it was a Bible verse, but I figured it meant I should read my newly purchased Bible. I didn’t even know the New Testament from the Old Testament so I prayed for God to show me where to start from. I opened the Bible, and the fourth verse on the first page I opened to read, “Be like new born babes, desiring the pure milk of the word.” I still have the letter from that pastor from 1985 and my first Bible! 🙌
In Poland Polish Catholicism is based mainly on Polish tradition and the Bible is the only addition to the whole. Many Poles have no idea what the Old Testament and New Testament teach and they do not know their God from the Bible. However, my nation always treats God and faith with respect. My deep desire is for my compatriots to want to read the Bible and get to know our Savior Jesus Christ more.

I am Polish catholic. During every Mass there are 3 readings from Bible during weekdays, on Sundays 4 (2 from old testament and 2 from new), what makes whole Bible read in the Church every 3 years. I can't believe why people still state such nonsens. My proposition for the author of the post is to go to the Mass. He would be amazed how much Bible is read every day in the Catholic Church.
And the priest doesn't tell them I need gas money for my jet.
This is what saddens me personally. We need to unite more than ever all of us. We need to accept to agree to disagree and not tear each other apart as Catholics. God help us. Amen🙏

Poland has a long history of of Christianity, it was the Polish Hussars that saved Europe, but these young people don't care about the past. I speak what I have personally experience when I pass away not knowing the bible at that time or about the Judgement throne of God.
