Hello, I'm a new player and unexpected that i get her in low pity. Is she recommend for new player like me? Yet my team for her rn is still not enough. Also, i'm a little bit confused with her mechanic😭.
Her Active skill 1 does more damage depending on your hp ( lower hp more damage). Also, put a marker on the enemy. Active 2 swap the sanity and hp pool. Equipment when an enemy is marked at the start of turn deal damage 30% of team missing hp. Also, when she damages a marked enemy, gain sanity equal 3% of damage dealt.

Kind of the main goal of Victoria is to get to low hp. Giles skill -15 sanity then -10 sanity for Victoria assuming you dont have any sanity gain and skill reset cast on Giles. It will take you about 3 rounds or so to reach a good sanity threshold for Victoria Skill 2 to swap.

Is she still good with unoptimal characters in the other slots- I have barely any of the newer fire 6 stars/5 stars but is her+nails good enough?
Yes she pretty much the closest to a must pull unit. Just need to watch out for the hp pool total if your going for 3* stages.

Not really, BT3 do you want go for high score codex. There no content in the game that needs her at BT3
