Umm u ,ought want to reevaluate your statement that shagrol can’t use witches remain to apply the debuff. His ultimate does apply it and can reapply with each attack What it means by counts as basic attack is that each of those 5 hits has a chance to attack twice. I guess technically he can apply witches remain 10 times on the same target. Assuming u get a double attack on each ultimate attack. But it’s so fast that is not extending the duration of defense penalty by much. The scepter is only good if u main tank garius. Remove garius from the game and who would u put the scepter on? The hourglass is more powerful for those who don’t have books for legendaries. U can make a none book legendary go below 20 sec like a fully booked legendary. Leggo books are hard to come by

For the sceptre, there are lots of other units you can use it on, Gillian, sifris, Catherine, Thia. It won’t be as high as garius, but I think 20k+ shield is still very good About the hourglass … I mean, sure but a legendary artifact is even more difficult to come by that legendary books, so I don’t think you should get it just for that. @@LockeD_wotv awesome video and I was running a lightening team (garius/nathaniel/sutha/shaltar/shagrol) later replaced shagrol for Iola. I know he applied the debuff as he was my debuff applyer. Do you remember what the helionite aggratation 1 rewards were for using leggo dices? I see that a second one is coming up on nov 12 or 14. I can’t remember what the rewards were for the first one and I don’t see any content creator did anything on it
about the staff im not so sure as other artifacts give big stats especially for tanks like defense....so the healing will be less too . And how many times the healing is more than needed? rest of the times it does nothing....I would like your opinion in more leg artifacts maybe all please. Also we always have the choice of inspiring a hero than buying a leg artifact that can be kinda replaced by an epic. The epics that directly increase ult skill damage for example are very strong

I tested it out multiple times with shagrol and it never applied it. Have you tried it out with him? Maybe I’ll test some more I guess
