    I live in Dayton, Ohio. I just bought a 31 foot 5th wheel Montana and am very pleased with my purchase... it's just like new. I am now looking for a diesel truck. Anyway, I'm 78 (good health) and will be going it alone. That makes me a little nervous. I may just have someone help me drive then fly them home. I'm looking at E bikes (I like what changing lanes recommends.) Curious as how many miles you typically travel on a charge. I know flat land can make a big difference. I'm a retired magician, ventriliquist and just might do a :"Retired Traveling RVer entertainer channel. That might be fun... What do you think? I found you and subscribed two weeks ago. One question though, the site says it can save you money if you are an individual truck owner, own a diesel RV (I tow with a diesel truck) and do you purchase diesel on a daily basis..... Are there minimum usage requirements for the card to save money?

    • @Jonesin2Go
      @Jonesin2Go  Před 3 lety

Some other of the rest stops along I75 in Georgia have dump stations (not all) www.i75exits.com is a good place to research rest areas along that route. And see what amenities each one offers. Another question. Are E-Bikes permitted on the trail near your campground? I'll do a search and see the official word. Most trails north of Atlanta seem to have signs prohibiting motorized vehicles. Thanks.

      @Jonesin2Go  Před 3 lety +1

      Yes they are permitted. Motorized vehicles are considered to have an engine. E-bikes don't have an engine. They're battery powered.

      I just had to go look because I have not heard of that. Did you go to tsdlogistics.com? When you click on the myopenroad link then go to the menu at the top left and click on ready to apply and it will take you to the application.

    How many total gallons does your auxiliary and truck carry?

    • @Jonesin2Go
      @Jonesin2Go  Před 3 lety

      I can hold around 76 gallons when they are both full. The auxiliary tank has been a great investment. I have it on a silinoid switch so I can turn it on and off from the cab .

      @Jonesin2Go  Před 3 lety

      Waze is google .. not RV aware. Don’t get me wrong, Great app. Better traffic awareness and better point of interest app .. it will route you just like google. We just bought that Garmin RV890 unit from technoRV

    • @Jonesin2Go
      @Jonesin2Go  Před 3 lety +1

      Actually yes we have . In fact, I think we may go that way on the trip home at the end of March. We are planning on taking 10 days to get home so we can stop and check out new places along the way. We just havent decided if we will go up the east coast or head west and check out Alabama yet.
