We had 20+ lambs born over the 2024 new year weekend and more to come. We had one that was rejected that we are bottle feeding now. Nice to see such a beautiful farm with beautiful animals. Thanks for sharing!

Wow! That’s a lot in one weekend! I had one mom reject her twin lambs last year. One did not make it. The other we bottle fed and she became our little mascot, Ducky. This year, her mom had a single and has done great as a mom. She had a stillborn the first time, two years ago. I think that messed with her instincts when Ducky was born.
It's so beautiful how the little lambs call for their mothers and try to sort themselves out until they find them.

Lol, yep that’s Ducky, all grown up! She got bad sick in June 2023. She’s ok now but her head tilts a little to the left, apparently permanently. She’s so sweet. And yes, she learned her lesson with the fence! 🥰
Oh I'm sorry to hear that. But I'm glad that she's doing better now. I wish little ducky all the best and lots of green and lush pastures 🤗
