Apparently not all Walmart stores I've been to have the shipper display of the M2 Machines Christmas themed Coca-Cola cars.

That’s correct. M2 sends out a map of which Walmart’s are receiving them and usual in high populated areas but not always. My home town never gets them but found them hanging on the pegs so you might get lucky.
