Is it possible to control midi pitch on the VT-3 when it is connected to the MX-1 ? Will midi note information be transmitted from one USB port to another. I cannot make it work going through the MX-1 without a computer
Can you input polyphonic MIDI into the vocoder section of the vT3 or is it simply monophonic melodies/pitch patterns?

No! You need a board to read the usb from the VT 3.
i work on logic also and i have a roland vt3 and a midi keybord how u send your midi to your device like that pls explain me more :)

+Robin Mordasiewicz I think it is not possible. That option would be nice, also sending midi note information from MIDI-IN port to USB channels.
Yes! Is possible! You have to map it right on the daw.
