How do I put it in standby mode

Press and hold the ALERT button to turn on the weather alert. To turn off do the opposite. Simple. Thank you for watching.

Standby mode is basically the play/pause button. You can pause Bluetooth aswell as the radio.

It is a very rugged outdoor radio, however the performance in reception was very disappointing. Yes for the money I would buy the XHDATA D-608. Thank you for watching. Have a good evening David.

It's not that bad, It has a flashlight, AM/FM, Weather Radio, Bluetooth & it's water resistant meaning you can use it in the rain 🤷👍Not bad for $35
