    I eat some vegetables and occasionally fruits, but eating a meat-centred, ketogenic diet has changed my life - my mind, my physical health, my energy, my blood health, everything.

    Irrationality is on the increase in the public sector. It is no coincidence that this has happened as fiat money replaced gold. Bitcoin makes me optimistic because it prevents sovereign wealth from being seized to fund ruinous government schemes.

    if you dont have some major health issues that could maybe be cured with a carnivore diet, aren't there good arguments for eating fruits and vegetables too? i mean how can it be considered unhealthy to eat carrots, paprika, nuts and apples e.g.?? aren't there some special vitamins and minerals missing if you only eat meat?? and wouldn't it be enough to just stop eating highly processed (fiat) foods?
    love your work saif thank you for the orange pill ;) but im just curious

      Beef has all the nutrients you need. Yes you can get some from fruits and veggies, but why eat the microtoxins just to get extra minerals you won't need?

      Well when you have all the bugs an pathogens in your stomach and digestive tract (everybody does) you will not heal with meat. I have tried it meat never healed me but veggies did especially juices.
      Ones you are constipated you can’t get healed from meat.

    Really enjoyed this talk although I'm not so sure about the uncontroversial need of meat in a diet. One of the most amazing human physical feats is accomplished by the known marathon monks of mount Hiei in Japan. Their accomplishment is unique, they walk one thousand marathons over the course of 7 years. They do that in blocs of 100 or 200 consecutive days. The occurrence is public anyone can verify. Their diet is nothing but rice, miso soup and green tea.

      Bell curves, distributions and outliers. Some people do fine without meat, and genetics surely play a role. Some people do remarkably well on junk food diets!I tried a good vegan diet (no junk). It worked out badly for me (grey scary "dried lake bed" facial skin VERY suddenly. I freaked out! I'm now trending towards a keto/meat based diet and I am feeling great with it.

      That's because they're using spiritual techniques that can cause humans to be able to to miraculous things. But in all practicality, that diet is far from ideal.

    I was convinced by all these arguments a few years ago and spent two months on carnivore, eating nose to tail. I felt bad immediately, and got worse as it continued. I developed skin conditions, was constantly irritated, fatigued, and stressed, couldn't sleep well, had brain fog. Had constant sugar cravings. After two months, feeling awful, I just started eating some sugar. Felt better immediately. Now, after a lot of experimentation, I feel best when eating meat, carbs, and greens, preferably organic, without any junk. Make of that what you will.

      Just have a “balanced” diet, but cut down the non-meat parts by 50% (and substitute with meat). By their standards, that should be 50% as good as a meat only diet vs. whatever you call a balanced diet.

      @Skateboardfreakist Pƙed rokem +1

      Also eating red meat too often is correlated with cancer. I agree with the processed food being bad and that we should eat more protein. But I prefer having a good amount of those proteins from cheese/milk/ nuts and also meat.

    • @Chizstarz86
      @Chizstarz86 Pƙed rokem +3

      I can only say a balanced diet (as you eventually found what worked for you) is usually what’s advised by medical practitioners, doctors & nutritionists etc however it’s been factually proven carbohydrates are non essential. Humans need to consume proteins & fats & animal products provide the best forms of this for human consumption nutritionally. Proteins and fats are essential, carbohydrates are non essential.

    I am vegan and have been for 4 years when i went vegan i cut out most processed foods and my health improved a ton. I tend to eat whole foods and cook from scratch with the occasional junk food maybe once a week for enjoyment.
    Few questions around the meat diet and how we would practically apply this on a global scale:
    1. The vast majority of food subsidies are given to animal farming to prop up an industry that cannot profit from its current consumer prices, how would we make this affordable to the masses if were to remove socialised banking?
    2. The vast majority of animals particularly in the west are factory farmed because we do not have the land to graze all of these animals to meet the current demand for meat. How would we solve the land resource issue if we actually want to increase meat demand? (Most mono-cropping is used for animal feed so we would have to increase this too)

    Here I disagree with the premise of your statement. You stated "Throughout all human history , humans have eaten meats." I am a Bishnupriya Monipuri Tribal man native to Bangladesh and India. We never ate meat. We still don't eat meat. We will never eat meat.

      yeah but carnivore diet is crazy, why not stop at all the processed food and saying eat fruits vegetables diary foods. Going almost only meat is absurd and not healthy.
