'When I Fall in Love' was originally written by Victor Young as an instrumental theme tune for the 1952 film 'One Minute to Zero'. In the same year, lyrics were added by Edward Heyman, and it was first sung by Jeri Southern.
It has also been recorded by Doris Day, Helen Merrill, Dick Haymes, Nat "King Cole", Sammy Davis Jr., Etta Jones, Eydie Gorme, Perry Como, Polly Bergen, Carmen McRae, Tony Bennett, Della Reese, Julie London, Sandra Dee, Dinah Washington, Betty Carter, and many others. I hope you enjoy it!
