Pork - from superior part of the leg - 600 g
Baby potatoes - 500 g
Garlic - 1 head medium size
Olives Oil - 2 tbsp
Butter - 30 g
Salt - ½ tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Curry powder - ¼ tsp
Couple of fresh sprigs of Thyme
