Situated 1.5 km from Ooty Lake and 3 km from Ooty Railway Station, Karnataka Siri Horticulture Garden, nestled in Fern Hill, stands as the second-largest garden in Ooty, featuring prominently in Ooty tour packages. Established by the Karnataka horticulture department on land once owned by the Mysore kingdom, gifted to Karnataka in 1964, this 38-acre garden symbolizes inter-state cooperation. Inaugurated in 2018, it showcases Topiary, lawns, Italian Garden, Rose Garden, Sunken Garden, a Maze Garden, and a Tea Garden. The Maze Garden, a European-inspired labyrinth, adds a touch of adventure. The greenhouse hosts a winter flower show, and diverse flowers in 50,000 pots enhance the allure. Entry: Rs 30 (Adults), Rs. 15 (Children), Rs. 50 (Camera), & Rs. 100 (Video). Timing: 9 AM - 6 PM.
