The A 72 from the (68) Kreuz Chemnitz to the (1) Dreieck Bayerisches Vogtland towards the city of Nürnberg (Nuremberg).

Nice video. Seems a well-maintained and very scenic highway through a nice landscape. And it seems they have planned refurbishing the road surface well in advance (2024-25 and even 2027). Sometimes it shows the opening date in 1939/1940 and then another in 1994: I assume that during DDR-times these parts of the autobahn were not in use as 2x2 highways, but rather as 1x1 roads on one of the carriageways. Like on the black-and-white picture at Plauen shows.

A72 znana wszystkim jedzacym na trasie Monachium - Polska az za dobrze. Profil trasy jak i natezeniu ruchu spowodowaly wzrost liczyby wypadkow co poskutkowalo jak widac ograniczeniem predkosci prawie na calej trasie :D Na te planowane daty remontow to niewiem czy sie smiac czy plakac bo miejscami stan nawierzchni juz jest mowiac dalikatnie nienajleszy .
