    Give a shoutout for Oregon’s former cornerback Kyrie Jackson. He was drafted as a 4th rounder for the Vikings. Unfortunately, he just passed away in a car accident last night, as news came out this morning. This is tragic news as a diehard ducks fan and we hope to win a National Championship in his honor 🕊️❤🦆

      @G--Mann Tennessee will most likely finish with a better record than Mississippi State, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Vanderbilt, Oklahoma, Texas A&M, Auburn, South Carolina and LSU. I'm no fan of Tennessee, but it bodes well for Texas that they do not have to play them. Mississippi State, Vanderbilt, Florida, Arkansas, Kentucky, Texas A&M, and even Oklahoma are all easier matchups than Tennessee. And I never said anyone was "sweating Tennessee". Nor did I say that Tennessee was "any force in football". Tennessee hasn't sniffed a championship (1998 when they won the last championship). Nobody in the nation, certainly neither Oklahoma nor Texas, is out here thinking of the "mighty" Tennessee. As an example, from Texas' perspective, Arkansas, irrespective of their current state of football ineptitude, is a far dangerous opponent than Tennessee can ever be. Florida, MS State, MS, A&M have all done equally or better than Tennessee in most of the last...well, since 1998. I understand the argument you're trying to make, but a Florida, or A&M, or even Arkansas are better schools for your argument than Tennessee. You have to be ___king kidding me. He first has Oklahoma st... a team that allowed Texas to run up 700 yards of offense, Oklahoma state had one of the worst defense of 2023 and the NCAA record book says so by having the 122nd in total DEFENSE..Their own QB had more INTERCEPTIONS than TD's. Oklahoma states last 3 games after beating OU in bedlem... UCF STOMPED OSU 45-3........ Houston was about to blow OSU out of the stadium when they made a huge mistake. And their last game at home versus BYU. BYU goes up 24-7.. OSU had to fight in the 2md half to get to OT so they can get their shot in Arlington.. This guy thinks this Oklahoma st is so good he has them beating Arkansas in Stillwater... But then picks Arkansas to beat Texas.... The 2nd best team in the SEC he claims. But even worse while he has a 4-8 Arkansas beating Texas... He also has Texas beating OU in the Cotton bowl I think he said Texas would get it's revenge. I really wonder if he know OU has won the last 17 since 2000? He claims Texas has the better team while actually admitting Texas had the better team last year and yet Texas still lost. Does he not know OU has won the last 5 of 6.... the last 11 0f 15? and 1 of those loses OU later came back in 2018 and beat Texas in a rematch for the Big 12 title. I still trying to figure out what Texas has done to deserve they are the better team.. I guess if you only going to take into account that Texas had the easiest Big 12 opponent in Big 12 title game history, Then Ok.. But if you look at who Texas beat after losing to OU last year.. Lets see,,, They played a 4-8 Houston.. did you know Houston was leading this game with 1:58 seconds left when Texas scored a TD to beat the mighty cougars? Then they had the mighty BYUcougars who lost there last 7 of 9 games. Then KSU traveled to DKR.. KSU took Texas to OT.. KSU defense did their job kept Texas to a FG.. But when KSU got the ball the Texas fans got into the game and ran out of downs and lost the game. Texas traveled to Fort Worth to play the 5-7 HORNFROGS........ TCU took Texas all the way and came up short 30-26.. Next they had 7-6 ISU.. Then had to play that decided not to show up.. And for their cherry on top.. The get Oklahoma st with the122nd in TOTAL DEFENSE and it was the easiest Big 12 title in it's history.. So are you saying they played Washington st close is they the reason why Texas is a better team? Michigan stomped Washington state for the natty... You actually have a 4-8 Arkansas beating Texas.. But OU will be beat by this same team whom you think will lose to a team who lost 7 of its lasr 9 games last year and 1 of those wins was against a FCS teams... UNREAL..

    Hey Lou! I love your videos! I've been following you for a bit. Keep doing your thing! It's working! As always, I don't agree with everything you said BUT... I agree with most of what you said. Just like I do with most of your videos. My big issue is your Arkansas prediction. First, here's the "debatable games" in my mind: Michigan, Oklahoma, Georgia, and ag. The rest, are questionable only by the margin of victory. As far as the ark game... let's take a ride back in time. Ark HATES Texas with a passion. They beat the crap out of us in Sark's first season. It was the first tarnish on Sark's new Texas image. A lot of outside noise started then. Lot's of people questioned Sark and if he was the right man for the job because of how bad we looked that Saturday. This will be a revenge game for him. He's pissed off at that performance. He was embarrassed. You could see it in his eyes. He was completely blindsided and out coached/played that day. He wants this game bad. Give it a re-think. Sark will get in done against pig this year. The other 4 debatable games and how I see them playing out? Michigan = W, OU = W, Ga = L, ag = W. I see us wanting revenge against Ga in the SEC Championship. Unfortunately, regardless of who wins that game loses to Ohio State. What they've done in the off-season is astonishing. Portal + recruiting has been off the charts the last two off-seasons. Especially this one. It's OSU's NC to lose in my mind. Again, thank you for everything you do. I follow you and enjoy everything you put out. Your hard work shows in your product. Much respect, my man.

    Pate had a crazy stat. It was that even if you removed Alabama and Georgia, the SEC still has had almost twice as many NFL draft picks over the past 5 or so years than any other conference. That’s the SEC difference. Even the middle tier and lower tier teams are scattered with NFL players.
    Texas did get gifted possibly one of the easiest schedules with Miss State, Vandy, and Arkansas. I still think they lose to Georgia, and either OU or A&M. I think a lot of people are sleeping on A&M, which I don’t blame them, but if they actually have a modern offense and Weigman stays healthy, they are still a very talented team, and Kyle with be an atmosphere they haven’t experienced in 15 years.

      @user-tz2zz5ij1s Před 20 dny +1

      @@markwright2751the point that Texas hasn’t had to consistently play against top talent…. There is no comparison between the talent in the Big 12 and the SEC. It’s a big step up. Even with the easier SEC teams on their schedule, the bumps and bruises are going to get bigger and bigger and hurt longer and longer throughout the season, and they have yet to experience that. Injuries will pile up more than they can imagine going forward and depth is going to be more and more important. That’s the difference I’m pointing out. Texas has never had a problem recruiting and getting talent, they just aren’t used to the caliber of talent they are going to be facing every week. They definitely lucked out by not getting a Mizz U, or Ol Miss, or SC, or a LSU in batches on their schedule this year. That Vandy game after the Georgia game is a blessing. It’s going to be a fun year, but they’ll lose 2 in the season, and depending on how the season shakes out, could miss the CFP, especially if there two loses are against the 2 highest ranked teams they play.

      @@N-of-ALLthe SEC wasn’t as dominate all around when A&M and Mizz joined. 2012 they were very top heavy with Alabama, Florida declining and a consistent LSU. It was only two seasons before that Texas actually played in a national title game. Every year since Mizz and A&M joined the SEC just got better and better. People think these things just either have always been a certain way, or a change just happened over night. A&M and Mizz U also started benefiting in recruiting by selling players that it was the SEC. As the other schools did since each time an SEC school played another conference in a Natty, they won. History doesn’t lie my friend. All stats and draft picks are easily to look up. No one talked about the SEC in the early 2000’s. That was USC, Ohio State, Texas, ect. Conferences were pretty equal. Times change and evolve. Why do you think Texas and OU wanted in on the SEC now? They realize it’s the premier conference with the best talent.
