As much as I would rather believe “Tasting your own um” guy was absolutely hammered, I’m pretty confident that there’s something up with his microphone setting in his headphones and it’s trying to cut out background noise but instead, it’s chopping off half of the words. The first thing he says is definitely “What’s up lifeline” but it’s choppy and absolutely S’drunk sounding. Also I’m guessing based on the subject matter, he didn’t want to review the video and just sent it without checking how it sounded.
