This film makes me lose respect for Chris Pratt
It's a solid 6.5
5 for an "ordinary scene", 0 for anything expected of a Jurassic film.

😂 10 months later and still finding new parts that are epic 😂 those two Dinosaurs that came out the cage and he put his hands up…that sht only work on blue and her cousins nem not these big guys 😂.
this movie does a great job of making dinosaurs feel way less intimidating and having not bought into the raw terror they bring. people are just casually hanging around watching a pit fight while two loose trexes are just eating people.

Remember when in Jurassic Park, all clips of people getting devoured by dinosaurs were deeply disturbing and horrifying? Now we have giant monsters walking around casually and killing people for comic relief.

@@yutyrannusfanboy5873 Strongly disagree. Well, not on Eddie, that was indeed absolutely horrifying, but Zara was also pretty bad in JW1. So was Ginarro in the original. Udetzky, Nash and Cooper in JP3 were also pretty brutal... Cooper cowering in fear and realizing he is being left behind to die always struck me.
That lystrosaurus is like the chillest creature in movie history.

@@samueljeyanessan8353 when has this franchise been realistic? its a series about dinosaur theme parks, its never been realistic, also im willing to bet, the trex and all of the big carnivores in this series wouldnt have bothered hunting the protagonists down, they would be more focused hunting bigger animals, the exception being the indominus rex, as it was a completely new animal that had no proper instincts, also does anyone else agree that jurassic park 1, i guess 2, and World were probably the best movies in the franchise
3 annoyed me, with the kirby's and that blond boy, whose name i cant remember, fallen kingdom was just a repeat of world for the most part, dominion was meh

How does one boat load of dinosaurs going from an island to one continent suddenly mean the entire world is populated by dinosaurs
Funny to think in the theatrical, the Lysto biting his hand is hilarious, but in the extended edition where it fought the Ovi earlier and decapitated it, which is a deleted scene reinserted into the Extended edition, it's a rather brutal picture now

That's why after the 1st 2 movies he bailed. He knew what hollywood would do to his creation.
He would appreciate some of the ideas that were in this movie, like the Locusts being used as weapons to destroy crops and vegetation and the Dinosaurs being on the mainland.
It's something he would have done if he had made another novel.

People criticing Owen for using his hands signature even tho it clearly doesn't work so it's not a big deal, but also that real carnivores like lions, tigers, bears and wolves could stop their attacks for a moment if a human (or whatever animal) show some signs of resistance. Yeah, Carnotaurus and Allosaurus are much bigger than a human, but it could surprise many people how animals like honey badgers can scare away much bigger predatos only for being a rageful animal
Exactly.. I guess that's the theory the makers wanted us to believe.. And it's not unnatural to defend yourself with your hands against giant predators as the last chance of survival.. But people here are in no mood to realize that rather than criticizing the whole stuff.

I haven't watched this movie, and after viewing this scene, I don't think I ever will. It's so colossally dumb. Two giant dinosaur predators get loose, are killing people like 50 feet away, and these muppets just sit blissfully around their fight ring, completely ignoring them? Then these other goons, who have guns POINTED AT THE RAPTORS, instead of SHOOTING these things, decide to just run away instead?
This is just mind bogglingly stupid.

I keep this movie hidden from my family, because if i don't, i ruined their whole hype for dinosaurs, destroyed their fun and appreciation for the original JP's.
This film is so god aweful, horrible in fact that i cannot talk about this, i don't even WANT to see it.
I'm just glad this film never had a commercial on TV. This film needs to be well hidden, forever.
