The one around 0:27 did indeed exist, only for a while though, the engine was named Nellie and was used on The Far Tottering And Oyster Creek Railway, which was a temporary attraction at the Festival Pleasure Garden at Battersea Park in London, the railway started out as a series of cartoons in something called the Punch Magazine in 1939, which later became the temporary attraction which in 1951 up until around 1975 when the line closed, there were 3 locomotives that ran on the railway, One was Nellie, a saddle tank, another was Neptune, which resembled a steamship, and the last was Wild Goose, which looks like an airship, one of the engines from the railway still exists, which is Neptune, only its chassis would later be used for another miniature gauge engine named Prince Charles, (which is currently on display I forgot where though.) painted red, and frankly shaped like an A4, though Nellie and Wild Goose were scrapped unfortunately.
