Quiche:
1 Pie crust
1 Cup Ham
8 oz shredded cheese
1 cup chopped spinach
2 tsp dried minced onion
6 eggs
½ c cream
Salt/pepper
Layer ham, cheese, spinach, and onion on unbaked pie shell. Mix eggs, cream, salt, and pepper and pour over top. Bake at 350 for 40-45 mins until set.
