    Cant beat our both LKY & LHL, but thanks for his effort to continue the legacy of his predecessors. I will dearly miss listening to LHL speech in Malay. I hope moving forward PM Lawrence Wong shall improve tremendously. All the best to our new PM Wong.

      unlike most other singaporean non malay politicians, the Lees actually grew up speaking malay (which is rare even for chinese peranakans that were heavily involved closely with the british at the time). Even your former PM, mr Goh didn't speak malay as well as the Lee's

      No doubt he speaks good BM but what's your point? I'm sure there are Sg politicians with poor BM. Calling out Malaysian politicians for what? It's like our Anthony Loke speaks fluent BM and then I say he's better than some Sg politicians. Apa ni🤦‍♂️

    wow..... lawrence wong [ LW] really put his heart into making himself trilingual... english-mandrain-malay -hockein.... he kept the tradition alive by being able to communiate with the masses in their language... he won me over... compared 2 marysia all malay leaders r monolistic----too lazy 2 learn a second/third language... how 2 compete with spore ?????

    His Malay ah, sounds like Tony Tan speaking Mandarin, the emphasis show he don't grasp the language. And the pronunciation, sounds like from school. As a multilingual guy, you just speak english, cos ah Lee Hsien Loong can command and sound native does not mean you can. LKY is not good in Mandarin, but his Malay is wow.
