Your food is so simple but elegant. Honestly, you have never made a recipe that I didn’t want to eat! Simple ingredients make fabulous, healthy food. I’m Italian American and so much of our food has been changed to suit the American palette. It’s over sauced, oiled and cheesed. Not at all like home cooked Italian food from real Italian people. You Tube thought that I would enjoy your channel and they were so right! New sub.
