Thanks for watching, from all of us at Matt's off-road recovery! - Auta a dopravní prostředky
We could have a compilation of Matt saying “perfect job for the heavy wrecker, which we don’t have yet” from the last couple months 😂
There could also be a Trevor falling compilation and a Lizzy sleeping compilation. Although the last one I'm not sure is a good idea lol
Maybe that could be the lead-in for the off-road wrecker competition
@@iFNhU defo not a good idea, no one is going to watch a 3 day long montage 🤣
you dont need it when you have the power of a jeep 4.0 I6
@@imchris5000 def still needed. Lol
My parents had a great time talking to y’all and Ed at the scene of that recovery. You definitely made it special as they watch every single episode. Thank you!
Haha, I love Matt's reply to Ed's comment of not wanting to go up that obstacle: "Ed, you've been up worse things than this. It's just been at night!" Implying that he just couldn't see how bad the conditions were.
"Ed, you've been up stuff worse than this. It's just been at night!" - I've got so much love for Matt's relationship with Ed.
Matt's elbows were taking a beating, but the Jeep buggy looks like a pretty good ''goat'' when everything's working!
11:30 Super bass. Never heard my truck speakers sound so good. 😂
Matt, you are extremely lucky that you have been able to convince Jamie that a night time off road recovery counts as a "date nite".
You are going to give this old lady a heart attack. Love your channel.
One thing for sure Matt with all the people watching this was great for business!!✌️🇺🇲
"8 rated trail..... i should probably put the morrvair in 4wd" matt 2022 👍
Gooooooood MORRning everybody! Happy Friday and thumbs UP to MORR.
🐿
@@JanelleVocate-Ames 🐹Gooooood morning!
Those people remind me of the Cows out here in East Texas. They all show up to watch whatever is going on in their pasture.
I always appreciate your demeanor on these calls, Matt. It is clear that you, and your entire team, understand the state of mind the folks you are out helping. Most are not having their best day, and many are not in a familiar place, which doesn't normally bring out the best in folks. People will react, both consciously and unconsciously, to the way YOU handle the situation...and I don't ever recall seeing you appear uncertain of yourself or losing your cool.
I spent a career dealing with folks not having good days, and I am impressed with your professionalism and "people skills". You put the people around you at ease, and that is a talent...and a gift. You've also managed to surround yourself with a staff that have the same skill set..which they have not doubt sharpened while working with you...
Having a staff like that is a blessing indeed...bringing the whole package into a team like you have is rare...very rare.
Grave marked unknown beside Arch Stanton
And he handle that situation really well where the customer said the sand is almost too soft for a buggy or a Jeep . He knew by that they weren't that experienced but she did one heck of a job getting her side by side out of there with a little spot 👌💯
There's always the one bystander that wants to take over directing, then he's jumping in and out over the cables.
Great job with the buggy. You had a hell of an audience there. Looked like the most onlookers you’ve ever had.
MORR Live!
Matt should charge admission.
well except for the fact that every video posted has tens of thousands if not millions of views. He always has a lot of onlookers!
@@AsTheWheelsTurn I would definitely feel the pressure of all those people standing there, and filming on their phones.
@@AsTheWheelsTurn more like hundreds of thousands
Lol, that broken down buggy has what us old skool guys know as "Armstrong" power steering!
You know life's gonna be okay when you get a thumbs up from Ed
The crowd: "Woo hoo, awesome!" I concur. Don't fear the rear steer when Matt's in control.
Jefe looked like a super hero standing on top of that climb running both winch controllers
hero or dumb.. you choose
Give a shoutout to Polaris for keeping Matt and team busy and giving us steady CZcams feeds..
"You should just watch road!" 🤣🤣 Man, like I've never heard THAT before! 😂
"The MORRvair will easily do '8'-rated trails... ...I should probably put it in 4WD though..."
"Ed, you've been up stuff worse than this. It's just been at night!"
Good to see Ed chilling on the rocks !
Great work all. Matt: "I haven't heard dark as part of the weather report." Jaymie: "Maybe you should watch the road." Classic. I brought it up last year; don't ever reach into a steering wheel. Broken thumb and or wrist. I started driving in 1960. It was taught by most everyone, even though power steering was coming in.
Future video: "I only looked at the camera for "ONE SECOND - - REALLY"!!!
That dang rock jumped right out in front of me at the speed of light!!!!!
Maybe a good solid mount on your dash to "securely" hold an "extra cellphone camera ???
PS: I have yet to find one that really works well for me.
PPS: I quit looking cause it got worse when I just wanted to adjust it "a little bit"!
Wonderful sense of humour and working relationship with Ed! "Ed, you've been up worse than this ... only it was in the dark"
Wow!! That buggy caused quite a traffic jam. I was amazed how quickly the cheering squad showed up. It must be a popular trail. Another flawless but difficult recovery. I’ll bet you were glad it wasn’t one of those 100+ degree days. Gotta love Ed and his weather reports!! Keep on “barkin”Matt!! You do a great job 👏 ❤
I suspect a certain portion of the bystanders were there not because of a traffic jam, but because they saw the Banana and the Morrvair, and they just wanted to see the team in action. I know that's what I'd do. 👍
@@bripslag Amen to that!!
A bronze casting of Ed's "thumbs up" belongs on permanent display in the Smithsonian. 👍 And as a hood ornament on the Heavy Wrecker.
Nice recovery! I love the guy in the red shirt trying to give Matt directions lol. Every time I go rock crawling there is that one guy who wants to spot for every single vehicle he sees, doesn't matter if they already have a spotter or not.
Usually at least one of those guys on every trail. He's probably a middle manager somewhere.
That guy way annoying!
Giving Matt the hand gesture "keep it coming" as if he had any control lmao, as if the vehicle was running and he was actually climbing the obstacle. He just wanted to be involved 🥺
He didn’t know what was happening lol.
It’s okay, to want so bad to be apart. That you make your own roles lol
When it comes to people like that, I just let them think they're helping. They aren't doing any harm, unless they get in the way, and still, at least he is paying attention to the task at hand.
Nothing better then a MORR video with the morning coffee. Cheers guys! Have a fantastic weekend!
run over and grab a refill and check out Robby Layton and his crew, makes for a great start to any day
OMG, that's exactly what I do. And then shout out some MORR coffee!
Cheering as he gets it out, crying when they see the bill
When a buggy with hydraulic rear steer is built it needs to carry a couple of appropriately sized pieces of pipe (cut down the center) that can be laid over the cylinder rods to restrict their movement in emergencies.
And maybe a quick connect fitting and reservoir to dump the pressure? Although, getting a valve open with pressure on it is problematic. I'll go back to minding my own business. 😉
Rear steerers are short track tools. Stuff breaks down times two.
Or inline valves to lock wheels in place.
@@breadlowry I suppose, as Matt was doing, you have to first dump the pressure so steering can be recentered. Maybe just put a bracket on the frame, both sides, to connect the inner end of tie rods too. Although, I have no idea how these tie-rods are constructed. If rod-end style, that would work. Make brackets so it tracks straight ahead when connected.
@@gailtaylor1636 Not a problem at all I just push the fitting on a frame and let the pressure off I have 9 TRACTORS Farm everyday
The camera does not always show how steep it is. But it can be seen when people try to walk it or how things like flags hang. Thanks Matt's crew !
Ed with lung darts....crowd with their beers. Beautiful
Was great seeing the team at SEMA!
It is good to see Ed. That was a great recovery. It was crazy how all those people showed up out of nowhere.Had to be like 100 people.
It must have been a popular trail.
The best videos are the ones with Lizzie in them. She's such a cutie 🤗
Good morning
Good morning!
watching the crowd slowly get bigger and bigger in each edit cut was hilarious 😅
Well, of COURSE everyone wanted to watch you perform the difficult 4X4 recovery, Matt --- it's INTERESTING! That crowd of people merely wanted to be entertained by observing your awesome recovery-work, just like we all love seeing your videos on CZcams!! :P :D
Oh I didn’t know you had a trail called Fawlty Towers 😅😅 , Basil should be thrilled
"You're doing good!", he said with a sarcastic smile on his face.. :-D
I went down bobsled about a week ago in 60 degree weather…..pretty chilly, I was in a Mad Moose rental, and thankfully didn’t need to call Matt. He is definitely correct about that trail….lol, anywho….got me a hoodie from the shop the next day!
Love you guys!! ❤❤
Great job getting them out of trouble. God bless you all.
I cant decide which one I like more. The Banana or the Morr-vair. I'm leaning towards the latter, but the Banana continues to impress. That stroked 4.0 is such a hard worker.
The Morrvair tops the two in my opinion simply for the way the engine sounds!
love Ed with his "Golden Nuggets" of wisdom
Gathering such a large crowd in the middle of nowhere was just hilarious! It was like Matt blocked the only street in a remote village or something like that... 😂😁😇
You guys are celebrities we want to be part of the recovery… that was fun!
The worse part about binge watching an entire CZcams channel is coming to the last video. I discovered this channel from @Bleepingjeep but never really gave it the time of day. I came down with the flu about a week ago and decided to give this channel a chance and holy frig am I glad! This has become one of my favorite channels to watch!
Matt, one way to measure that you all have made it... is to draw and audience who get's to tell everyone they watched Matt's Off Road to a recovery in person. Awesome job Buddy.
That was a very long tow out but what about the traffic jam behind you when you winched it out of the hill 😂😂
Great to see Ed out on a recovery. Glad he's doing well. Great job guys keep up the great work. Stay safe and God be with you always. Thanks for the video.
Now you need a 4wd Matt’s snack shack for the “Live show” crowds.
There’s just something about the whole crew that really makes these worth watching. Any other recovery channel would probably get old with the same type of videos. But I just can’t get enough of MORR.
How cool is that?!?! Matt pulls you out and then is your personal guide down the Bobsled Trail!
in the background, MORR fans start to chant:
Wrecker, Wrecker, Wrecker, Wrecker. Wrecker, Lizzy, Wrecker......................................🤩🤩🤩
Wow, that was some crowd, you should have sold tickets, you'd have made a fortune. 😉😁
That was had work Matt 5 miles no steering no brakes 😯.
The heavy wrecker will soon be finished, can't wait for that first rescue. 😊👍
Matt. Now you gotta do.
The Rick Flair, WHOOO! 🥳
MATT: What size shirt do you want ?
VICTIM: " I always wanted one, I just didn't want to have to get it this way!" LOOLLL.
Beautifully said.
That would be interesting.....playing a bunch of different engines running. And see if mat can recognize his engines!
No steering stabilizer, no power steering, no engine, minimal brakes....... and you crawled a 8-Rated obstacle in a Rig you have never been in.. Legend!
OK now I'm beginning to suspect some people are going out to get stuck just to go wheelin with the MOR Crew I think you need to start offering wheeling tours once a week, and then put them to work on recovery jk.
LOL Heffe standing on that hill arms stretched out holding both controllers…. someone call marvel we have a new avenger the WINCHER 😅
yeah i was laughing so hard but i guess he knows something i don't lol
Nice to see Ed again, nice to see Matt behind the wheel and nice that the tricky recovery went well 👍🏻 Now just be careful when standing close to engaged winch lines ❤
Those synthetic lines are a lot safer, they have zero stretch and will just drop if they break. Still best practice not to be near them tho.
@@marvindebot3264 they can recoil a fair bit when they snap, just not near as bad as a steel line. But don't expect it to just drop on the ground, they don't
It helps to see one break, had a young troop in germany hooked the boom rope from the M543 to a M35 stuck to the axles nobody got hurt the new guys learned o listen.
that rig is just awesome , out of all the ones they rescue that would be my choice as an off road toy
Wherever the jeep and Morr Vair show up together a crowd gathers! Good job getting him out of there!
I thought the ole boy with the razor was going to just stand in the way and let that thing roll over him. Love to see Ed and Jamie helping
This is better than Netflix .
Man, Ed makes my day with that weather report!
Wow! No way to get the back wheels straight??? That is going to be rough if not. It's honestly amazing you don't break more parts! Spinning all 4 from loose to rock, pulling big weight!! Those rigs are solid!
7:58 Thats an incredible amount of flex, I mean damn!
I was cringing expecting something to snap.
The dude getting excited about the shirt was the best part
It was nice seeing the Banana kicking butt !
When you got the buggy to the top Matt, you should have got on the roof of the Morrvair and addressed your people! Oh hail Kind Matthew! 😆
And the crowd goes wild, great job guys and gals.
“It definitely makes it harder when there’s a crowd”
-Matt
I am 3/4 through binge watching these videos. Amazing crew, awesome rigs. Something very comforting about Ed. The main thing I’ve learned is: if the vehicle does not have at least 4wd (not Awd) do not take it off the paved road 🤷♂️
Ive done a lot in an AWD vehicle. A big part of it can be the driver. But for sure if your running AWD be cautious of where you take it and what you attempt. (My experiance is from northern utah).
Four wheel drive just gets you stuck further from the road.
If you are a halfway competent driver that understands the terrain and the limits of the vehicle you can take many cars to incredible locations. Some of them might make it back.
@@azmax623 not if you know what your doing
4WD with at least a rear locker. Wont prevent you from taking it too far, however if it gets stuck someone thats a better wheeler might be able to get it out without the need of a tow. 4WD with a rear locker can go some scary places.
Doing some POWER STEERING there.
I hope you sold a lot of shirts to that crowd.
Awesome videos here
Good morning everyone. Nice seeing Ed again. Hope he got lots of gold this season. Nice looking buggy.
That Was A Whole Bunch Of CRAZY STUFF 👍👍👍
ED....!!!!
IT'S GREAT TO SEE ED AS THE CO-PILOT AND WEATHER REPORTER...!!!!
WE NEED MORE ED IN THE VIDEOS...!!!!
A great way to start the morning is always Matt's Recovery video!
Wow what a recovery this was pulling the side by side up that rough hill and Matt hanging on for his life! Good to see Ed and Jamie helping out!
That's a full size buggy not a side by side
That's a full size buggy not a side by side
JAMIE ALWAYS LOOKS SO NICE, LOVE IT WHEN SHE COMES LONG
And that for today's show , the crowd looks great
It amazes me that you have so much power in the batteries without running the motors to keep the charge up!
I would have been in the audience too on that first one, if I had been in the area. Looks like you needed crowd control to keep everybody back a safe distance, though.
Wohooo german🇩🇪🇩🇪 customers. Finally someone from my country on Matt's famous channel! 😍😄
That's what I appreciate about Matt, doesn't ask anyone else to do the hard work! Your the man Matt!
Great recovery, good thing the rear steer center back up!! You looked like me driving my JL out of trail 16 at Windrock without power steering!!! Smacking elbows and all!!!😁
It's funny. The crowd in the camera is way larger. Somehow having them in person is another level, even though it is way less.
You definitely need a set of those radios that Rory uses!!!!
Nice job on the recoveries. You certainly had an audience on the first one! LOL!! Lots of good advertising!!
"Definitely makes it harder when there's a crowd"
Phrasing, Matthew. Phrasing.
When i first found this channel; "don't need no stinking winch, dont need a larger vehicle, don't need track vehicle" and out of gas 20% of the time! Look at them go now!!! looking forward to off road tow truck but the morrvair is super special.
You did alright with the Banana and Morvair. No nee for the heavy wrecker yet.
I like Ed's position for watching all the action!
I remember when Buggy owners self recovered , what a world we live in .
Everyone has come to see the legend at work!!! Awesome 🎉
All that jostling... Sure hope you're not too sore, Matt! 💛
