You can use the sleeping mask as a moisturizer... don't need to wash it off...even any sheet mask or eye mask you don't have to wash it off... because they have serums that actually suppose to leave on your face

Wishful mask you have to keep it overnight. You have to apply it as the end step of your night routine once all the previous products are completely dried. If you feel the layer you have applied is too thick then you can wipe the excessive bit out but don’t wash it. This is mostly for dry skin people only as it helps in slugging.

Rather than physical exfoliation try chemical exfoliation and instead of pore strip try salicylic acid because pore strips
Remove your skin also and physical exfoliation lead to irritate your skin barrier
