So, what a season it has been. 8 competitors completed Stage 3, that's just insane ngl. I still remember those times where there were so few that even made it to stage 3 where it was stupidly impossible anyways, and how I wished that more people would actually climb the Stage 4 Tower. Welp, my dreams come true, and now I wish it was reverted back to the way it was. Ingat ya gais, Percakapan adalah Doa. But nonetheless, we will be looking at every single Stage 4 climb that has happened in American Ninja Warrior. Going all the way back from Geoff Britten's historic climb in ANW 7. Congrats to Vance Walker for winning it all this season, Fully Deserved! And also well done to Daniel Gil for coming 2nd!
Hey guys, Delbert here. I know it's been way too long since I last made an ANW edit. Truth is, ANW content has been very dry. The main problem with trying to constantly make ANW content is the fact that this show takes place once per year, so the ideas run out pretty quickly. And you also have the fact that there are many other amazing ANW editors (Cy, AK, etc). So I ran out of content ideas and decided to wait until this season was over. But thanks for the patience! Expect more ANW videos this month, as with the season ending a big room of content ideas has just opened. And fun fact! I was lucky enough to visit the filiming location of ANW qualifiers and semis, in Universal Studios Hollywood last summer! If you go to USH, don't forget to take the tram tour to see the set of ANW. I'm going to say something that I'm going to get fire for. Drew is still the best ninja in history. He faced a MUCH tougher stage 2 and 3 to get to 4. Yes he used a safety pass on stage 1 but there is no discrediting how good of a ninja he was.

I’m just thankful that after all the changes that American Ninja Warrior suffered through the years, Stage 4 still remains unchanged from the very beginning.

So glad Daniel Gil is an American Ninja warrior, he waited for years to get back to vegas and he gets the title in his first year back. Vance may have won and congrats to him, but the kingdom ninja is now an American Ninja warrior

Daniel Gil didn’t win the million dollars however he did get total victory! Vance Walker just got the money because he was faster!
American Ninja Warrior always follow one rule that started from the very beginning: Only the fastest wins.
@@AlanovMaster64 Yes! However, they do not make that clear on season seven! Also, that was the first told a victory so both should’ve got money!
@@lastdayonearthmysteryman4849 The problem is that they only have one million per season, and they didn’t noticed that two people made it to that point, when they thought that only one would do that.

Caleb too me was the must surprising person to climb stage four because I completely forgot about him before this year!
He competed in ANW 11, got a mega wall and failed Stage 1, failed in ANW 12 qualifiers and returned this year. I think he gon be big in the upcoming years 🔥

I wonder if the courses are getting easier; or are the contestant getting better enough for Many of them to end up making it to round 4. . . since for a Long time(It had been YEARS since I'd been following the show; because the last time I was invested in the show; NO ONE HAD EVER MADE IT TO ROUND 4)
If you notice on Season 7 and Season 15 there is a small platform on the beginning of the climb. Maybe that helped four to climb in under the 30 seconds.
Even if it actually did raise the starting height, it seems to be mostly negligible fo those who couldn't make it up either way.
I feel like they might have increased the actual tower height, idk tho

Why does ANW never add other obstacles besides the rope climb on MT.MIDORIAMA?
Tradition, and the fact that it still barely can be beat at all makes whoever climbs it in time instantly into a legend of the sport.

2. Hanging Instability
3. Madlock (Modified Version)
4. Ultimate Cliffhanger (Vertical Limit and crossing the water twice)
5. Twisted Planet Road (Planet Bridge is like Body Prop from Sasuke)
6. Northwest Ascent (Hang Climb and Northwest Passage)
7. Clacking Pegs (Monkey Pegs combined with the Clacker)
8. Final Ascension (Third of Flying Bar/ Third of Road Signs/ Third of Pipe Slider with the last bar Up for Grabs)

@@jahterminatedlmao5473 Yeah. For the Ultimate Cliffhanger, I thought that Same Plexiglas design from S10, as the audience to see the competitor, but alternating normal and Vertical Limit ledges [hanging boards from S9 with VL ledges] to cross the water twice.
It's funny how the only ninja to have a perfect season didn't technically win.

And to think that if they didn’t add that stupid rule on stage 2 of letting the four fastest non finishers run again he would have lost to Ethan Bartnicki and his season would have ended there!He DID NOT win in my opinion. He only won because of the new format of the show. It’s unfair how the rules have changed so much that now if you don’t finish stage 1 you still advance to stage 2 if you’re within the top 24 fastest times. The four stages of Mt Midoriyama are a cakewalk now compared to before. Before, very few ninjas even made it to stage 3. Now the course is set to where 14 ninjas are guaranteed to get there. And now more ninjas than ever are making it to stage 4 with no sweat at all. They should have left things the way they were in season 11 and not let the teenagers on until they’re 19. They have unfair advantages over the adults like being lighter, no responsibilities other than school and training, and their parents literally paying for and taking them to all their trainings and competitions. Plus, they make all the adults who’ve competed longer than them, have more responsibilities than them and have more seniority than them look bad. Daniel Gil is the real winner! He beat every stage(I know he fell on stage 2 at the very end but his competitor fell earlier giving him the win) and wasn’t given any cheap handicaps for him to advance and beat stages 3 and 4 like Vance (who again did not deserve the win)!!
Remember what happened to Drew Drechsel. If the Safety Pass wasn’t implemented on Season 11, his season would be over on Stage 1, and there will be no total victory on that season.
But now since Season 16 and 17, all the teens who started on Season 13, are now in the official age requirement min-19 years.
But I think they wanted a new champion, since they can’t mention Drew’s total victory (because of the Safety Pass) after all what happened to him.
Yeah. But the safety pass and letting the four fastest run again are two different things. The safety pass is earned while the other is hoped for and didn’t even need to be added. But then again, in my opinion, they were already gonna have 12 ninjas move onto stage 3. That’s more than enough already so letting 2 more get there just felt unnecessary to me.
@@connorstrawn7109I agree, I’m pretty the show did all of his cuz they needed someone to win. Most likely they prob wanted to get their ratings up. The show pretty much cares about their ratings more than the competitors. Idk who is behind all of this it most likely might be NBC. Cuz right now ANW going really downhill. We just don’t feel that same intensity anymore now compared to what it was before. Whoever did all these things really screwed up a lot
