This was the concert in Moscow, November 2019 at the VTB Ice Arena dedicated to the 65th birthday of Igor Krutoy (the pianist in this video). Lara Fabian sang many songs there. Dimash and Andrea Bochelli sang too. The concert was really great! I recommend that you watch the whole concert - you can find it on Igor Krutoy's youtube channel (it was published there in January 2020). You will definitely enjoy it!

You'll be happy to know that Lara and Dimash are mutual fans of each other. Lara became a fan after she heard his rendition of Adagio on Singer. Dimash a boy of the 90's too followed Lara as well. Seeing the two of them singing together with Aida is like the stars have come into perfect alignment.

When you have Lara and Dimash as performers, why have so many superfluous activity going on that draws the attention away from world class singers. Have the ice skaters do their thing at another time and have those three beautiful voices get full attention from the camera. After the song, all the ice skaters were in front and you didn't get a full picture of Dimash and Lara!!!!! I think the camera videographer didn't know what he was doing.

I get very emotional when I watch this performance too. It’s such a beautiful song and so perfectly balanced. I am very sick and I don’t know if I will ever be able to attend a live concert. But I am thankful that I can watch Dimash perform with Igor and Lara Fabian as well as Aida on CZcams. When Lara’s voice comes in, that’s when I get emotional too for some reason. Her voice doesn’t seem as “opera-ish” but it does sound wonderful with both her and Aida. Igor is a brilliant composer!

Can we just recognise that in this repertoire, Aida has the best technique on the stage? Not to detract from Dimash and Lara - the whole thing is gorgeous. But it is a collaboration, and Aida is not there to make up the numbers. Dimash slightly swallows his sound in his opening bars, but Aida's tone is rock solid gorgeous, and she helps him to firm up his placement. Her last note is exquisite - and she could have been much louder. She's a pro, as are they all, and they best serve the muse by supporting each other.

She can sing higher than her and louder and yet he respects her so much that he make sure he don't overwhelm her so he make sure she takes the lead he is so humble.
