Satsuki holds a special place in my heart as a unit because I was a brand new player when the KLK crossover was out last time and she was my first Banner unit.
I really wish all giant bosses would not have 100% status aliment reduction it really kills so many potential good units and makes it really common to just run a meta team :/
Most of the standard giant bosses (for frags and such) are weak to specific ailments based on their element and race. All of the fire bosses are weak to freeze, the earth bosses are weak to burn, the water bosses are weak to poison and the water dragon is also weak to burn since you have to burn him to do any damage. The light bosses are usually weak to blind, and the dark bosses are usually weak to paralysis. The elemental ruins are a great way to get familiar with those types of bosses. And virtually all of the normal giant bosses are weak to faint, which is part of what makes Platina and Rags still such good options for low budget stallers.
So at this point, I got every unit from Kill la Kill, except Mako of course so I'll probably have to pity her. Wasnt sure about Satsukis capabilities since I am still very new to the game (been playing for about 3 Weeks now with this current account being like a week old) so this video was really informative for me. Great content as always!
As a new player tho this is a good banner to start on. Mako is a big + but the fire and dark units can be used to clear general content. Hit up your chapters and you should be able to pity pull mako

Her buffs makes her very playable now, they fixed pretty much all her issues,the only thing thats irksome about her is her slots and her dmg, but breakers never had good dmg so its mainly her slots.Her and ryuko arts and ta delays cuz in the anime when a character loses to a finishing move their goku uniform/clothes gets shredded leaving them naked and has that delay effect for dramatic effect, satsuki has her niche when u need to tank or react to the boss but also delay and break the boss, shes fun to use inspite of being the worst unit in the klk crossover
They did give her what she needed most, which was the break resist debuff and the added break power buff from her TE. She's not close to matching Platina or Tornado right now, but Satsuki is finally in a good place as a breaker, and is arguably better than Duke (then again, Duke is a disappointment anyway, so that isn't saying much lol). The KLK animations are probably the most faithful to their respective series compared to any other collab. They really went all out to make them look like they straight up ripped the characters right out of the show, and I'm her for it. Satsuki's slots aren't really that bad when you consider that she's meant for long fights. The defense slot works in tandem with her normal art's hitstun effect to delay the boss as long as possible and help the team survive. The only thing that would've been better is if her heal slot was a support slot instead, so she could run Fen's Shorts and be able to contribute more to the team.
Nah still trash. Even with that massive multiplier, hart keeps outdmging her. Outdmging hart right now is like the most basic requirement to be recognised as a dmg dealer(ryoko falls short too in long fights, even with element advantage). For freezing there's Alvina, and both selias. For break theres est for nukes and platina/wargul/fosley for sustain. Satsuki was trash, is trash and will remain trash. Gosh, I hate the unit.
@@adib3011 i understand what u mean but satsuki issues as a breaker is fixed now and her ultimate freeze issue is fixed too which imo makes her playable so she isnt trash anymore but shes also not the among the best dps but is a very good breaker albeit theres still better options,she has her uses, she went from a B- to a A- tier imo
@@adib3011 you clearly haven’t ever touched the units, and the way you’re using Hart as a baseline for dps almost makes me think you haven’t even played the game. If you think Hart out damages Ryuko, then that’s you not understanding how to use her and so horribly misusing both her and Hart. That’s not on her, cause she does in fact do more damage. And Satsuki is a breaker. Her main role is breaking the boss, not dealing damage. Her damage is a bonus, not her role, so trying to compare her as a dps to any dps is already a flawed argument.

I bought her TW just 'cause, bought all 4 TW from the KlK Xover and still have 128 RG left ('tho 90 of these are for Emperor's TWs) to be precise I don't plan on investing on her for now, but just in case she end up becoming a top tier breaker than others in the game, I have her with her TW 🤷🏽♂️ lol
tbh, if Satsuki had the Pressure passive, she would be one of the best breakers. As it is though, she's an above average breaker and a good freeze unit, but that's about it. She just relies too heavily on the gimmick in her normal art.

Pulled Satsuki alongside Mako and Ryuko in the First KlK run. Due my collector's mentality I also have buffed her Luck to 120 in the first rerun of klk and with the 2nd rerun I got her TW. I think Satsuki as a unit is kinda mid, but the buffs definitely helped her out a great time. Satsuki is now way more self sufficient in terms of arts generation and the extra break value from her Normal Arts and TW can definitely be felt. I really like her for AUTO using Oldeus Crest Stage (because I can't nuke him in AUTO yet). She can easily solo break several bosses on her own and due her Status Ailment Resist she can avoid annoying status effects. In my opinion she went from B Tier to A Tier. If only Ultimate Freeze and Break would be more viable ingame. Too bad that most bosses have either insanely high Status Ailment Resist or can be easily killed without breaking.
This is just what I dont understand, they giga chad buff ryuko's damage but satsuki gets basically nothing as far as break power boosts. Platina after 1 TA completely outclasses Satsuki because afterwards each *skill* does 10% of the enemy's break guage, fosly-60% break resist while skill stacks break power up to 120% like seriously wtf is this nonsense?
Hey OP! I’ve been needing some help on some GS key words and why some effects work the way they do. For example when an item says (only once) does that mean that effect only happens once per wave or once during the whole fight? By the way I love your videos and thank you!
She can do some decent damage in the right teams and the right situations. She's only really gonna do good damage against bosses that can be frozen, which is generally going to be fire bosses. Against fire bosses, she can effectively serve as a sub-dps, using ultimate freeze to give the team a crit buff and abusing her solid true art multiplier.
She's so bad that I only ever see her get used during the klk event other then that never see her get used no matter what the quest is She's the only one I haven't got their tw
mako did more dmg cause u made her only break the enemy. not do dmg during the break or ud see the diff. also 50k true art doesnt mean its high dmg just mean on the unit needed to be vaible. to break and do some dps

What other units do you have? Try to aim for good limited unit like mako(would not be that good in early game but definitely a must have for endgame player) and nui(her skill gives a good amount of burst artsgen which is pretty nice for a new player). Zecht is okay but since he is from the general pool, you can always get it everytime you summon if you're fated to get so.

Crest for Satsuki is Break Power and the crest from slime event. +300 ATK and + Break Power I think.

She is no platina but she's good if you have no other break units or if your new to the game.
