Which is unfortunate for them, they had a "Hit" on their hands with the new Roseanne show... It went #1 in the first season and probably would have stayed there for a few years. They bit their own @sses on that one! The new show "Connors" is struggling with ratings at best.

Ok this was cool, it was posted before she was fired though I see. My opinion is DJ should be so grateful for her being his hero since he told the joke and she set him up for life by making sure he got the role. I know he was hurt when she herself canceled Roseanne in the 90s which was a shock to most of the cast I bet. I think she should have stayed into the early 2000s at least so she could be there during the turn of the century which would have been a great goal to do. It would have been awesome. She should have said guys I cannot do this until things are resolved. John Goodman stands up for her and goes with it for the gang, Laurie is most likely sad and misses her and goes on for the gang, Becky is there for the money but does miss her and also to have something to do with acting. She did not care about the show when she left, she did not even know her Dad died on the show which shocked me! Lol the fortune cookie she saw before she got the part is cute but she did not take the show to her heart as I would have hoped for as a big fan watching her and the show growing up. Sarah is the biggest disappointment, especially since she is close to Roseanne, now takes over her spot in many disrespectful desperate ungrateful ways and never stands up for her in any way. I think the damage is too done for them to even go on another network like a cable channel. She is most likely too hurt. Thrown under the bus after she gave them all careers. It is all sad. The Connors is a decent show for the love I have for several characters on it.
Except the backstory was rather interesting. He and Sarah Gilbert didn't get along and she would knock him around a bit (is it a surprised she turned out to be a lesbian, lol). His parents called child protection services that ended up showing up on the set. They were talking about this on Roseanne's old talk-show.
I think Roseanne was a great very funny and awesome one liner jokes! The show got boring after season 5. 6 7 8 and 9 were not bad but am really looking forward to this new reboot!!
I've noticed ALL those changes right after season 5 . I'm surprised not more ppl are vocal about it. It's weird cuz it's like they cloned her and made all those drasitic changes . Very bizarre
They can say what they want about her but Roseanne always treated her co stars well. Never was jealous and more than willing to let them get good jokes and storylines. She also seemed to treat the "little people " crew like the cameramen, lighting etc. Well. I think it was just the folks in authority like writers, producers, execs etc she had issues with.
