every time I see a creative or weird musical instrument, I'm always like "wait couldn't you hook up a motor or some electrical current to-" and then I realize i'm just inventing a synthesizer with extra steps

The reflection in the piano of the painting behind freaked me out a little before I could work out where it was coming from. I thought the vacuum + melodica combination was bringing back the spirits of composers in the past

When I was a child I had an electric organ/keyboard that sounded like a vacuum cleaner...I feel 35 years younger now
Maybe hook it up to a Keith Black big block, play along with the idle surging up and down.
That thing needs to be attached to a set of good Scotch bag pipes..... without the bag of course!
I can remember at my Grandma's house many years ago there was an old harmonica style organ with pedals to generate the airflow through the reeds. Then my Uncle put the motor of a vacuum cleaner to move the air through the reeds so that it didn't need foot pedals any more. It worked.
