I applied for the Kazakhstan Scholarship but was initially rejected because my medical certificate was not from 2024. The scholarship committee informed me of the discrepancy, so I updated my medical certificate to meet the requirement. However, now I can't find an option to reapply on the website.
If anyone knows how I can resubmit my application, please let me know. Thank you!

is IELET OR TOEFL mandatory for applying on BS Program?

I've gone to so many diagnostic centers they don't do that where I live, and that's the one of the two tests aside from HIV/AIDS they said should be attached to the medical certificate or am I wrong?
