i know this is three years too late, but chara aint evil. and even if you wanna say chara killed sans asgore and flowey at the end (Which we have no proof it actually WAS them} if you do a second genocide after chara gives back the world, they show disgust at your actions. even if you wanna say "chara bad" they do not enjoy it. if you want to have chara be a villain, they do NOT enjoy killing all the monsters. likely a "the end justifies the now" style villain is the only kind that possibly works. and that, keep in mind, is with brushing off the whole point of the game. which is that its YOUR doing as the PLAYER.
The one thing you forgot there bud is sans has an determination soul in this vid so they shoud have been surprised but hey its just an point out but good job
Sans does not have a DT soul canonically, plus he's a monster. He has a monster soul, not a human trait soul. If it's not in game, it's not Canon.

Aren't monsters made of magic, thus by default they should know he can use it?? Plus he uses shortcuts often, atleast papyrus would know
adding on, in the game, papyrus says "Is sans pranking you across time and space? I hate it when he does that" showing that he's well aware of sans' abilities
My guess is that the monsters are shocked because they did not expect our favorite 1 HP skellybro to have very powerful attacks.
The shortcuts thing: he doesn't use them in front of papyrus or anyone else in the game that I know of, so I assume he keeps them a secret.

When you CHECK him during the battle in Genocide Route, it says Sans: 1 HP, the easiest enemy, etc.
