Kiss of the Spider might not stack with Diamond Flask, hence the numbers you got., also the length of the boss fight might make one much better than other ...i.e. Diamond Flask is a minute sustained attack power and others are much shorter duration. You might use the shorter ones on fast fights (fights in Maxx are not over in a minute or so like other instances)
Hit the "gear dps" in the bottom left, will sim all items for each slot, help you determine which is better

Didnt click ghoul skin when doing the sim LUL. But if you did I'd assume it sims a lot better. The 1 crit over 10ap is massive for more dmg, rage regen, and everything. Specially on horde where we dont have kings so less str isnt a big issue, but do like good rage regen to spam gcds for wf procs. Also the later ingame we get. The better crit becomes because it grows mutiplicatively where ap scales kinda linearly
I got Ghoul skin Tunic for min dkp so I can't complain. Don't think the warriors knew what they were looking at.
I think maybe what's happening with the sims on Slayers crest/ Kiss of the spider is, the sim isn't reading one part of the stat. Like it isn't used to things having static stats AND an on use. So its only reading one half of the item essentially. But i don't know for sure its just a guess.
Misplaced Servo Arm and Kiss of the Spider is misunderstood just because they don't sim correctly. KoS as everyone stated already is because it's much more dependent on using them in combination with other abilities during short fights. DW, Reck etc and popping at execute phase. Obviously, you can't use in combination with another active trinket but if you have Mark of the Champion and you get the timing right, you'll see that on all of the very top parsers for shorter fights or fights that require burst damage.
Also, Misplaced Servo Arm is one of the most underrated weapons in the game, not only with high hit damage than Castigator with 128 - 238 Damage at 2.8 wep speed but the weapon gives a chance for all of your weapon strikes to deal 100/150 nature damage. You'll find that on private servers this was rated as one of the best weapons on the game for humans and I wouldn't be surprised to see all races rocking this even without weapon skill. As someone with TF, this presents any interesting combination for additional nature damage/threat.
so you need to run a passive trink like argent/dft/mark i think badge and spider are the only active trickets that stack together
Its worth noting that if you have a r10 pvp set, that helmet and shoulders will in fact outperform lionheart and conqueror spaulders provided you are stacked on hit from other gear (which is easy in p6).
You can't use two active trinkets at the same time (other than badge).

For Kiss of the Spider, my sims have it as better on longer fights over shorter ones, where it's even or a downgrade. Overall I'm probably going to skip it personally (Orc Warrior) given my gearing situation and that there will be a ton of competition.

we have a hunter who claims he should get kingsfall since its on his "bis" list so all melee agreed if they give him it we will take nerubian until eternity so he cant get
I swap LHH with conqs for trash cause dying is basically gimping tf out of your dps. 38 stam is HUGE with buffs.
Also, I'm not spending a single point of dkp until gressil drops. Even if kiss of the spider drops lol.

CTS is better than AQR?
Yes! I personally have never seen a AQR drop either. AQR is still a great weapon but CTS is a beast.
Basically on alliance, cts is pretty much king for MH on warrior because of the stats u til gressil l,kings and zg buff add to that ap/crit pool. That doesnt mean you should sleep on AQR either tho. Rogues are typically #1 for it based on their energy regen never changing. Which brings up kiss of the spider.
KoTS will noticeably increase warrior dps over rogues since every hit for a warrior adds to their pool of spendable resource. Basically you will regen rage faster for bigger execute where rogues will just attack faster and spend the same. Still huge for both but is heightened for warriors. It is very competitive for both and nobody will hate to see it go to either class
15 str and 30ap are not equal in the world buffs/alliance game. 30 ap is always 30 ap. But 15str gets bigger.
Percentages make gear scale big. Tjats why every healer wants to kill visc... ill let you do the research on that trink ;)

change the duration of the fight and you'll see changes in the order for the slayer crest
