- चार्ल्स सोभराज छह अप्रैल को वियतनाम में पैदा हुए थे और अब अपराध की दुनिया में वो एक किंवदंती बन चुके हैं. फिलहाल नेपाल की एक जेल में बंद चार्ल्स सोभराज पर भारत, थाईलैंड, नेपाल, तुर्की और ईरान में हत्या के 20 से ज्यादा आरोप लगे. उन्हें सीरियल किलर कहा जाने लगा लेकिन अगस्त 2004 के पहले उन्हें ऐसे किसी मामले में दोषी नहीं ठहराया गया. भेष बदलने में महारथ और युवा महिलाओं की निशाना बनाने की फितरत की वजह से सोभराज के साथ 'द सर्पेंट' और 'बिकनी किलर' जैसे उपनाम भी जुड़ गए. चार्ल्स सोभराज के आपराधिक जीवन पर नज़र डाल रहे हैं रेहान फ़ज़ल.
