No she wasn't, since at the end she was wrong. She assume, like always, and act like a child instead of talking with the two of them. And even if they were cheating on her, attacking someone is NEVER the answer and if, understandable, its still wrong and childish.

You can also see that when they finish seeing the fake call, it's just looking at Tori. even other times he just blames the girls, like when hayley & tara showed up, and one of them hit on him, and beck didn't say a word. or another serious when they travel to another country, and some girls touch his hair and he just says "stop" nothing more, and jade just gets angry with them, and in the end he just tells beck that his problem is his physique, that It should be less attractive. which is happening there jade. Be careful, I'm not saying that Beck isn't toxic, but pretending that Beck is him is worse, it's a serious mistake, Jade is worse for controlling, and for lack of self-esteem. and even jealous of beck being exs.

Based on Jade's reaction, and the fact that I haven't seen her kiss others even for acting purposes; I don't think this is something they talked about and agreed to be okay with.
I'm also referring to another episode where he let a Northridge girl flirt with him, and someone else (Kat) had to let her know he had a girlfriend. He should have said that on his own!

And Beck has been shown to be an introvert and pishover and that's why he just cannot say straightaway what he wants and what he doesn't. It really is hard for introverts to talk to people. He kept removing her hands from his but she wasn't taking any hint purposely. We can see that in the Meredith episode where he tries to avoid Meredith but does that in a very weird way saying he has to count a jar of coins inseatd of saying he doesn't want her.
