I feel like my bisque pieces right out of the kiln are always the dustiest. I use a little bit of alumina hydrate under plates and platters but they always come out the most dusty. I take the entire load and rinse them under the faucet using a big car sponge and set them all over the counters on towels with an oscillating fan. I put them away on my shelves upside down. I also have a bunch of sheets of fabric from several old sheets that I cut up and put on top of everything. before I glaze I use a wet sponge. The sponge bits are sooo ridiculous! I hate them so much!! lol. Did you mention what kind of brushes you use? When watching this I would really have liked to be able to read the comments so I know what exactly people are talking about. Can I access that somewhere?
