rule #1 Reported speech is always written in Past tense.
Rule #2 Reported speech is always written in third person.
Rule #3 When speaker asks a question which can be only answered in yes or no Add if or whether.
Rule #4 When speaker speaks in sentence add that .
Rule #5 When speaker gives a command or request Add to.
Rule #6 When speaker asks a question like what, where,how, when, who etc Replace said with asked.
Rule #7 Do not change the dialogue into past tense Universal Truth.

Sister Reported Speech always past tense me change nhi hoga agar Reporting Verb Present tense me h to only change of person rule will be follow but if Reporting very is in past tense then change of tense rule will be follow
