I'm in a similar situation to brittany's past. I was a bank teller and was the youngest employee by like 20 years. everyone there was so mean to me and I never knew why. Eventually I resigned because I just couldn't take it anymore it was so toxic so the fact that she was fired over a meme doesn't surprise me.
