206RC Rally Car Build

  • Made this small slideshow about my 2004 Peugeot 206 RC converted to RC3 FIA Specs, to compete in local events (Lebanon). We don't have any gravel or snow trails here, so it has a tarmac set-up. Here is a list of modifications done:
    2004, 2.0L inline 4-cylinder
    Ready to race in the RC3 category (speed test or rally)

    Safety:
    OMP TRS-E bucket seats with FIA Homologation
    Custom Cages Roll Cage with FIA Homologation
    6-point harness for driver and passenger with homologation
    Grant Alcantara Steering
    Sabelt Seat Mount
    Plexiglas side windows with required openings per FIA specs
    Alcantara custom dashboard
    Real Carbon fiber inserts
    Electricity Cutout Switch (OMP)
    Engine Fan override
    Traction Control Switch
    ABS Switch
    Performance:
    ProTuning Stage 1 map (220 hp+)
    Catalytic Converter delete
    Straight pipe exhaust with single outlet (1 muffler only)
    RTD Short Shifter custom built for this project
    Rebuilt engine components
    Front and rear race brake pads
    Hydraulic Handbrake
    Weight reduction (no radio, no A/C, custom wiring harness…)
    Suspension and Handling:
    Bilstein Coilovers B16 (front)
    Bilstein Shocks B16 (rear)
    Lowered height
    Jihad Mrad Alignment
    Hankook RS-3 Race Tires
