It's called not slowly increasing his calories and splurging on food.
In order for him to get big he needs to eat more so I see no issue, he’ll have way more body mass which is what he needs when he competes he lacks size so this extra weight will do him good

As much I like Christian Guzman all these years and support this company. I am worried about this health because being that big is not healthy in the long run. Also the fact how much juice just to maintain his body type is not great at all. There are so many symptoms that I see such has his weight 230lbs, too puffy, his nails is white, and pimples on the back. I still respect the hustle and grind he does but health is very important.

The off season cycle looks to be working. Just make sure as I've said in the past. Make sure you have a very good Dr. watch your blood work, kidney, liver function and B.P ect.. It's not worth damaging your body or health long term for short term things. Get the best Dr's and care you can afford. You have the money to do this as right as possible as hard as dangerous as it is to do. Next years competitions are going to be great!
