Life in Helsinki | productive days, cafés, getting work done, library visit 📚

In this vlog I am taking you along for a productive weekend. We had a late brekkie at Lazy Fox, then we headed to beautiful Oodi Library for some deep work followed by lunch at Biang (my fav Chinese restaurant in the center). On Sunday we took it slow. I took this time to finish lingering tasks and visited a new place, called Sävy, for a matcha latte with oat milk. This is what our life in Helsinki looks like.

Hi! Love your vlog! Actually I'm gonna stay at Finland, possibly near in Helsinki for a year. How did you find your nice apartment? Any tips?:)

Hi 👋🏽 and thank you 😊 my tip would be to check Facebook groups and to check sites such as Vuokraoki, Lumo and SATO. I personally did not have to get in touch with any landlords. I just had to share my preferences, and then my employer helped me with the rest.
Also, I did not know what neighbourhoods were nice, so I had to rely on google maps and see where my fav spots would be while still being in a calm area. If you can, try to visit different areas before deciding.
