Alkaline Trio is one of my all time favorite bands. I love Senses Fail so much too, so Buddy being inspired by Trio is just too funny and makes it all make sense haha

Let It Enfold You is my favorite album of all time from any band. Got that album 13 years ago and I still listen to it like I got it yesterday.

The concept that your favorite band members don’t have day jobs when they’re off tour is fucking absurd. Bands in this realm don’t make money.
It would be really inspiring to know that buddy or other musicians that are well known have day jobs still. To know the extraordinary art and music that has inspired us for over a decade has came from people who still grind is an awesome thought. Plus for buddy to admit it, and not try and act like he’s a full time rockstar shows just how humble and real he is.

Every single time I have seen Senses Fail I've attempted to crowdsurf to 187 and every time all the burly guys I need to lift me up were too busy crying their eyes out. Finally did it a few months ago. Stg the people that don't know 187 can't be OG fans. There's no way.

I disagree with this video and definitely the title is not true. Senses fail is one of the most iconic emo metal bands, and I don't agree with disrespecting the band. Yes, you can have an opinion, but saying senses fail ruined music 1, very much so a claim is nonsense, 2, a very lofty claim, and 3, if anything there is a very very low percentage of people that might agree, but majority will disagree.

Renacer was a great album imo too. I really liked the direction they were going in
pushpin1er and the EP. Life is not a waiting room is their last great album imo. Maybe I just got older. I remember buying their EP from Hot Topic in 2003. 15 years man. They've outlasted basically every emo band from that era.
Why's he acting like senses fail was the only dark post hardcore band singing about death and suicide. The Used, Glassjaw, My Chemical Romance, and Story Of The Year were all out at the same time maybe earlier and were doing this already. You're not special Buddy.

Dude, wake up. He’s earned the right considering he’s been the only mainstay in the band. Senses Fail is Buddy the same way The Ataris is Kris Roe. Senses Fail suck for no other reason than Buddy is not a particularly gifted/talented musician. And I loved this band for a long time. But I grew up.
Buddy is to music what Kevin Smith is to movies. They have a passion for it and got to do it for a really long time despite their lack of innate talent. And I’m not mad about it because there’s plenty of room for all of their work to exist.
