The second an octane grabs gold and won’t give it up shows they’re nowhere near a team player so I leave the game.

Loba with Gold back pack can take 3 batteries or medkits per slot. Late game you can steal 9 batteries off the field
You mean ANYONE with a Loba on their team who has a Golden Backpack can do it.

Basically what he is saying is that when u go in loba black market with gold bp u take 3 batteries instead of 2. Pair that with the perk that allows her to take 3 items, and u can take 9 batteries

@@brandondean5680 fast revive on gibby is always great but it’s a little dangerous wasting the bubble when you know for certain those enemies are rushing after 1 or 2 downs from assumedly medium to long range
@@brandondean5680 I’ll generally recognize a good gibby, which are very few.
Fuse/blood/conduit with gold helmet or maybe bang in ranked for smokes
Gold helm on Rampart is also very helpful in end game where you need cover most and the open space can be utilized with Shelia
Rampart should always have gold helmet it reduces the total wall cooldown from 60-45 seconds which is huge and Sheila goes to a 1:30 minute cooldown or a 1:15 cooldown with the cooldown perk, letting you spam Sheila like crazy.
Priority? I just grab what's shiny and dip

My trio always chooses the gold helm going to whose tactical is best for the map. Most of the times it’s our fuse
The amount of times I am playing new castle and I have to jump on the mic and start telling my Random wraith team mate to drop the gold knock down and give it me whilst they just ignore me is crazy

Gold helmets are also really good on characters who abilities can help influence a fight in your team's favor such as Wraith portal plays, gibby ult to force a team to back off or characters who ult got nerfed hard like seer and Cat
As a Newcastle main I get so angry/sad when someone takes a golden knockdown

When I play with friends (or good randoms)
I usually take gold knockdown (I'm an active rampart so I'm always close to battle and can revive. Knock off castle) unless we have someone like Gibby/lifeline/castle.
Helmet is usually given to whoever needs their ult/tac more and if not then me for more walls because they come in handy especially late game.
Gold bag goes to whoever wants to carry extra heals for the team.
(Or someone who's always close to a revived teammate to drop heals.)
...it sounds like I take every gold item. But I swear I only take something if I'm actually the one who gets the most use

Wattson’s fresh start (or any fresh start for that matter) stacks with Gold Knock. With Pylon it’s a monster of a revive.

Give an octane player the gold helmet and gold backpack (if they don't always snatch it from under your fingers) and watch as they go stim first into another squad and die.
Also, I remember long ago when the gold backpack gave you double speed heals. You have no idea how much it pissed me off fighting a Pathfinder that kept grappling away in a fight, healing, and then catching up to them (which usually involved climbing things) to fight them only to end up losing because they simply had more health.
Mirage with a gold knock is super clutch 🔥

Me playing fuse with a White backpack, while both my teammates using Gold Backpacks... People don't understand how destructive could be a fuse in the end game with a good backpack
Bang and Wraith are gold knock options. I’m a Gibby main and my blue shield already gives 50 health so I give the knock to my team.
Watson for knock down shield is awesome also
Valk with gold helmet slaps tho.
Being able to use your ult faster is awesome. Plus, you can shoot your rockets faster, so you can use it multiple times in a fight, putting some pressure on the enemy team (dealing damage) AND help your own team (with the stun and slow down effect).

I mean, u can just use a Balloon at any time. That helmet would be better off on a character whos ultimate can help influence the fight in your favor
Faster tactical doesn’t mean it stops gibby bubble, newcastle mobile shield, a rampart wall that will be in the way of the initially fired middles in the first few frames, a newcastle ULT, catalyst wall, etc etc etc. those are dodgeable and it’s not a left handed ability so you just waste your time spamming tact while your teammates approach a 2v3 firefight. If you play backlines with Valk your strategy is to hope things land and people don’t move.
With her fuel bug/nerf this season; she is as good as useless on any team regardless of the amount of times she can rotate with ult.
For the knock, I'd say any of the good teammates that don't go down as fast get it.
As a lifeline I always get the gold knockdown thingy. And gold helmet even though I don't wanted coz I feel like I don't deserve having gold stuff.

Everytime I play with a Wattson I always ping Ult accelerant but they never pick them up it’s like they don’t know what her passive is 😭

If you don't have any legend who directly benefits from Gold Knock, we often put it on the most passive player, or our "anchor". As an example, Rev/Hound/Conduit has been popular, so you'd put the gold knock on Conduit as she's more likely to hang back a little more to provide shields while Rev and Hound push much faster and harder. Same could be said for putting it on Caustic, Wattson, etc.

@@loher4135your right I agree to give it to the more passive players most times definitely can’t give it to octane or wraith, but the new legend alter might be good for it
I love Lifeline is second for the gold knockdown, but why not first?! It says it in her detailed abilities blurb, she can get people up while EVERYONE else on the team can defend until that one downed person is up again. Everyone else it takes out two legends on a team, two out of three squad mates are locked in that revive animation.
Gold helmet for ballistic is nuts, you can literally use it ult every fight, and can save a lot of space on ammo

I’m a rampart main and I take the knockdown shield, push my walls with my Sheila out then watch me rez my buddy
i wouldnt prioritize whoever has the longest ult gets the helmet id give it to the person with the most useful q and or ult

she can have my backpack, I want our entire team strong. Seconds make a difference but not a large difference when she still has a cooldown between sending temp shield
Bro fr, when I played path or another legend with an insane tac cooldown and see an octane use his 1 second stim to run and grab a stim when he has some of THE FASTEST cooldowns in the GAME just used to make me so pis$ed
If you are playing lifeline and Newcastle in the same team lifeline should get gold knockdown as Newcastle can put down his tactical/shoot/knock back enemies with his ult while lifeline is ressing.
I love this game but not sure whether to upgrade to a ps5 from a ps4 my kd is like .47 and my alc is the best it could be. So not sure if it's worth
PS5 comes with lots of advantages, it will look better and run better... Substantially, imo. But I would probably only get it if you want to play other games on the PS5.
just get a cheap pc built for like $700 and itll be more then enough on a 1440p at 135fps
ps5 120 fps is legal cheats . I played on my cousins one and had 10 + kills in a diamond lobby on my ps4 I'm running average 4 kills but you shouldn't get it for 1 game it's not worth it . Get it if you playing multiple games

Gold Knockdown: Newcastle/mirage/lifeline
Gold backpack: Fuse/Loba/(surprisingly) Rampart (due to perk if picked)

As someone with 3.6k hours on switch i highly recommend you play docked😂 if not your gonna be miserable. I had to play on my switch screen for a while and its rough. Also you'll get use to the 70 FoV after a while

Yeah if my team has Newcastle, mirage and lifeline, the last person I’d let have a gold knockdown is Newcastle, I’ve never gotten rezd by one in a non combat scenario since people just push past them and beam them since the Newcastle players I’ve played with can’t turn fast enough

Newcastle, Wattson, Mirage, Lifleine in that order. Gibraltar is not even a support legend and I thought the perks would help but they literally just pushed him even further from one.

I'm a main Newcastle and unfortunately no, if you have the "revive teammates with 75% health" perk and you get the gold knockdown, the perk is instantly useless, I think it's the same way with the other legends
Imo mirage over lifeline i keep getting cheesy reses mid fight on end game i just pop ult and boom free res

You know I don't understand why lifeline should carry a gold nock and btw Im a lifeline main. When playing I always get the nock but there isn't much help; I always try to find one for my teammates bcs in my opinion they need it more so I can pick them up without them dying on the spot... Anyways I'd like feedback Abt the gold nock n lifeline

Does anyone have any tips for playing on a switch. I know it already sucks playing on it but it's all I have and I want to get better.
Maybe try getting a switch controller instead of using the joycons if you haven’t already, and definitely connect the switch to a tv instead of using the switch screen itself. Other than that most tips will probably still apply to you
