Don't be afraid to show your emotions. Let them flow then let them go. If you get angry or pissed off then have your moment then let it go. Sometimes simmering or stewing happens but. Once you let them flow, let them go. Bottling things up only makes it worse. We are energetic beings so of course we're gonna experience all emotions. Once you've let them go, come back to the center of neutrality and contentment. Trust me, you don't want to feel any one emotion for too long. Being in the center of neutrality is very calm and relaxing.

Now I know what I always knew & had begun too action & shifting from the reaction state - it’s been so challenging however I work through it & past it - having the good thoughts when pissed off, upset & angry is where I am focusing 🧘🏾♀️ on the Patterns Interrupting is key & crucial for me is letting go = I am now mastering 2 & 5 to fulfils the shift ….
Yes it feels so good now knowing where I need to put the focus on 🧘🏾♀️ I believe I can align these areas & it feels good to put everything into practice immediately

I had a tough time today & removed myself from all human beings- only because I did not want to react however the anger began to tear my mind apart & my thoughts were all negative I needed to apply 2 & 5 - I am training my mind right now & I am GRATEFUL that the universe gave me this teaching - my mind nourishment was truly a shift in itself 🙏🏽
