I once found an entire shipwreck buried in the desert a good 100+ blocks away from the ocean. Not only was it an entire ship, but it was perfectly on a chunk border, so the two halves were different wood types.

I was once exploring end cities when I came across one with an end ship it had an elytra and item frame dropped on the floor and one perfectly placed where it should be so i got 2 elytras from a single end ship.

While boating to fill my map i noticed a small shadow in the water. I look up expecting a tiny floating island but it is a shipwreck! Its like 100+ blocks high. Just that broken boat floating in the air
I haven't climbed up to check the chest (if it even has one) but i thought it was very cool
After the update a shipwreck also showed up on top of a mountain near my house, and "buried" my ocean monument beneath a mountain in a perfect square

The craziest thing I've probably ever found was a survival island with a bunch of ocean temples right around the island (and also a bunch of desert temples in nearby desert). Sadly I don't remember well anymore what else I found but it was a damn cool world.

In my survival world, there is this strange mineshaft. I think the game tried to load 2 mineshafts in the same exact spot, it's all over the place. And there are 2 chests, one right next to the other, and both have enchanted golden apples. Don't know the chances of that happening, but might be a bit rare
