Hi Priya, the explanation of Article 14 is not a joke. You have proved your worth. I went through the various text of legal hawk like Sri M.P. Jain, Sri D.D. Basu, Sri J.N. Pandey and many more. However, the explanation that you delivered through this video was lucid and understandable. I believe if any law graduate or any judicial aspirant goes through your videos and make notes then he will be preparing thoroughly and success will be kissing his feet. It is difficult to believe how come the law students and aspiring judiciary applicant not being aware of you as the best mentor to them. As per article 14 of the COI, forbids class legislation like brahmin, kshytriya, Rudras, vaishya but it allows classification like CS or CA and Doctors.
Article 14 prohibits class legislation but permits reasonable classification. Doctors, CA and Advocates are different professions and cannot be dealt under a single law, so classification is permitted and the classification should have a rational nexus to the purpose sought to be achieved by the Act.
@@LegalFly obviously...it should be based on the basis of intelligible differentia i.e national criteria and the differential must have a nexus relation to the objective sought to be achieved.
