Welcome to Episode 4 of Rentpad TV where we check out some of the most promising staycations the city has to offer.
Samahan nyo ko today as we take a breather and take in the sights of Azure Urban Resort Residences in Bicutan,Paranaque.
Azure Urban Resort Residences is a tropical-inspired residential community with the Paris Beach Club designed by THE Paris Hilton.
The first thing that you notice with this property is that the towers aren’t as high as usual. That’s because this is a midrise condominium. This place has nine midrise towers, and since they have the space width-wise they have something unique to offer.
One of the most fascinating things I found in Azure is the ground-level parking spaces, it’s something you don’t really see in condo living that is so used to vertical living spaces. I am beginning to accept that I am a crazy plant lady so having a place where I can put down roots - no pun intended, is very inviting. Also since they have a lot of space, it is like living in a small walkable city that has its own 24/7 security. Also, it’s pet-friendly.
Aside from the resort-like amenities, they have various shops and have created a mini ecosystem where you don’t really have to go out to get things that you may need. There’s a convenience store, dining options, a laundromat, a salon, and even a soon-to-open massage place. If you do need to go out, SM Bicutan is a stone’s throw away from Azure.
