Has anyone ever taken an rgt tracer through mud pits?

My trx4 has good torque on low gear but once I put it in high it has less torque then low gear.if I get stuck on deep mud or is under pressure the high gear does not even move the wheels but low gear does move the wheels. I just changed the spur gear to a steel one so I’m not sure if that is the reason. Do you know why it’s doing that?
The issue is gear ratio. If you have ever ridden a bicycle that had gears, the lower the gear, the faster you have to pedal to move the bike forward but also while in low gear, you can ride over just about anything as long as you maintain your balance. On the same bicycle, if you are in high gear, you barely have to pedal and the bicycle will move a lot but it's nearly impossible to go up hill while in a high gear.
This may not directly answer your question but I hope it helps you to understand why your TRX4 wheels are not able to spin while in high gear.
