It's 3:00AM and I can't sleep and I'm watching CZcams, and a CZcamsr who makes shorts based on 90s and early 2000s nostalgia had an iZone camera in her video. That triggered a memory and led me to search for a specific Polaroid commerical from the late 90s or early 2000s. I tap this video, and 4:25 literally just showed me how to use my late grandfather's Polaroid camera which I found when we cleaned out his house and which is nearly identical to the one in the instructional video.😮 It's been sitting in a box for several years and I had forgotten about it. I wasn't planning on using it, but I didn't want to throw it out simply because it belonged to him. Watching that instructional video just motivated me to pick up his camera and look further into how to make it work. Thank you!😊
@@edenjaycollins6055 I won't throw it out but I don't want to sell it either. I just need to take more time to sit and figure everything out as far as how it works.☺️
The really neat thing about the folding sx-70 is it can focus down to ten inches. Instead of the Disposable flash bar there are many vintage electronic flash units available. They're usually bulky but they're nice and bright. There's also the modern option of the mint flash bar 2 but I've been told they're not quite as bright.

In early the 1980s Polaroid film cost about $8 - $10 for a 10pk.
