Man these kids really don't know what kind of opportunity they had asking questions to some of the best men's volleyball athletes in the country.
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 we are humbled
the amount of setter question i wouldve spammed at joe and josh
Passing is everything. By far. My opinion, passing should be the single most practiced technique in volleyball. It absolutely sucks when you’re the guy that is isolated or is known by your opponents as the weakest passer and is served 80% of the time. Passing is the 1st aspect of an offense. Without it you’re dead in the water.
From Brazil here, listening he mentioning Giba

@@OutofSystemOfficial Do you think you guys will have a clinic out here in Hawaii?
👏🏻👏🏻
I’ve recently started taking the setter position seriously and I’ve noticed that I have depth perception issue where I tend to set short or long when facing the outsider hitter or oppo, my question how can I fix this?
More reps.

I will leave a question for Joe, when the ball is considerably off the net, maybe a foot off the 10 foot line, how do you signal the pins to hit a faster ball, do you call it? or have you agreed that even if the ball is off,if you manage to get under it, you are in system?
If you’re practicing with your team enough, your hitters should be able to learn your range and it becomes an understanding of the setters threshold on when to run quicker vs go balls.
If you don’t practice with your setter a ton, it’s solely on the hitter to communicate whether they want to run a tempo ball, or stick with a higher set.
great vid but PLEASE GET A CAMERA STABALIZER oh my god🥲
