2022 June Graduation - Valedictory Address

Woo Yik Sze (Cecile) joined CIC in Oct 2020. Staff and students quickly noticed her openness and remarkable work ethic. She was often seen making the most of her time at CIC, dedicating herself to her studies, while maintaining an active extracurricular presence and a healthy social life. Her sharp wit and friendliness allowed her to connect with so many of her peers.
Above all, Cecile has demonstrated an ability to excel at anything that she has set her mind to. She has shown her passion for her community by getting involved on several student leadership teams, including Student Council, Athletic Council, and Service Prefects.
Additionally, Cecile’s involvement in clubs and other extracurricular activities was extremely well-rounded, and she often served as a leader in an unofficial capacity within those activities. Cecile was able to maintain a rigorous academic life despite her involvement in student life, and earned an incredible academic record during her time at CIC. This drive to succeed, combined with her natural leadership ability, will prove to lead Cecile to extraordinary success in her future.
